The unit looks great, cleans well and runs so quiet I thought it was broken on my first use. I saw lights but couldn't hear anything. I had to turn the tv off and feel the vibration. My old unit was like a jackhammer. I'm very pleased with the dishwasher and the sales rep helped me with the price.

Cleans well but must use sanitize feature on every cycle. Certain items are spotted despite using spot prevent. Wash cycles are very long. Overall a good dishwasher for the price.

Dishes come out nice and clean Surprisingly, wonderfully quiet Racks have too thin space between tines. Awkward to load dishwasher -- Would recommend with that warning

We are loving this dishwasher so far. It is very quiet except for when it sings to you when it’s done which is cute. It has cleaned everything pretty well I have tried different levels of not rinsing off dishes before putting them in to wash and it has excelled so far.

Got this to replace my 14 yr old dishwasher that was leaving all kinds of foods and films on all of my dishes. It was long overdue to be replaced. As a regular samsung electronics consumer I decided it was time to test out their household products. Ordered this dishwasher based off reviews and its slick and clean look. It has been installed for about 3 weeks now. It is much quieter right off the jump. My dishes have absolutely no film on them now and zero water spots! I have not used any finisher with this washer yet either. I was skeptical of the fact that it didnt have a heater element but all the dishes dry just fine. The dishwasher opens when the cycle is done instead of using electricity to heat dry all the dishes. I can highly recommend this product! We have not used the storm wash feature of this unit. We just use the 60 minute "quick" cycle as we don't like to put a lot of gunk into the machine. (And are not into programming this beast!) Sometimes the dog even does the prewash! I don't know how easy it is to get the chunks of gunk out the bottom like I had to do every other year with the old cheap Kenmore. That cheapie still works, but the timer would hang up. 10 years was long enough. The new Samsung is quieter as it is not the bottom of the line unit. There is a bunch of insulation on it compared to the old unit. It is also surrounded in stainless steel. I got it to match the Samsung 3 door refrigerator that we got last year (even though the handles on the $300 base unit would have matched better.) The unit pops open at the end of the cycle and because it gets the water so hot it does not have a heating element in it. It just opens and an air fan on the top blows the vapor out into the room. I don't think it gets the dishes as dry as the old unit, but the wife says it's fine, so it is! Others have complained of this. I don't like the door popping open about 8 inches ( which it has to do to vent the vapor), but again, the wife likes that feature! We haven't used the full wash cycles because they run over 2 hours! That's nuts as the unit does make some noise and we assume that it would use more water and electricity as well. But when we have a big party, I know it will get the job done. It seems to have more space inside- the upper rack is easily adjustable and holds tall glasses, etc. This was an open box and the sales manager gave us a great price on it- like the base model. Still waiting for the kick plate, though.

This dishwasher cleans as expected. We were presently surprised with how quiet it is when we run it through a complete washing cycle.

This dishwasher has done quite well so far. It is pretty quiet as it runs and overall does a pretty decent job at washing dishes.

Easy to operate, very quiet, and does a good job getting the dishes clean. Having no inside coil makes it able to make almost anything dishwasher safe. Installation best done by pros as the trim and insulation can be tricky.

This dishwasher is very very quiet. It cleans great also. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the bottom tray tends to slide too far out and I have to physically lift it to get it back on the track so it will roll. The door opening feature seems to help the dishes completely dry.

The dishwasher is very quiet, we can't hear it in the next room. The automatic door opener is a nice feature, lowers the drying time a lot. Seems to clean the dishes very well.

This dishwasher was easy to install, has adjustable loading racks and is pretty quiet. I like the storm wash feature and that it opens when finished to air dry. The wash run times seem a little long at 2+ hours on most settings.

So quiet we love it and it cleans very well. Only issue is the rack on the bottom when being pushed easily slides out of place. Kinda annoying. Overall aces.

So far, so good... This dishwasher has performed as advertised for the past month that we've had it... We love the delay start setting and how QUIET it is compared to other washers that have claimed to be quiet. The family has gone through 2 washers in the past 12 years, so the key will be how long it will last... We will have to wait and see... Great deal for the price...

Quiet dishwasher and well designed inside. It pops opened 15 minutes before Drying cycle is complete. This guarantees a fully dried load of dishes.

Our Samsung-StormWash 24" Top Control-Built-In Dishwasher. So much quieter than my other dishwasher. Make sure you don't have dishes tight up against each other or they won't get clean. The space between dishes is smaller than my last one so, if you have thick plates you will have to leave a slot in between.It takes a little time to get use to how to put your dishes in since each machine is set up differently but that's ok. It dries the dishes real good as long as you use the finish rinse aid JET-DRY I did have to look in book when first load I washed wasn't completely dry & it showed how to turn the dial to add more rinse aid at rinse cycle. Ours is between 4-5 & we have no problems now. I also use Cascade Complete pods, gets the dishes good & clean! We are happy with it!

I love this dishwasher. It looks great, it allows you to adjust the shelves to what you need, it is very quiet, and it is getting my dishes cleaner and making the glasses sparkle much more than my previous one, which was only 5 years old. I sometimes forget that it is running, that is how quiet it is. The only negative . . . it takes a long time to complete a cycle.

I was looking to replace my old dishwasher because the dishes were not getting completely cleaned. This Samsung dishwasher is great! No food is ever left on the plates! The machine is very quiet, and I love the air dry feature. It even gives an option for quick speed which works just as well! I love the hard food disposal!! Great dishwasher at a great price.

I purchased this dishwasher on a whim because my local store had an open box for a FANTASTIC price. I already had a Frigidaire Gallery plastic tub dishwasher that came with my home, but it was so LOUD, as my bedroom shares a wall with the kitchen wall that contains the dishwasher. Going from 52dBA down to 48dBA really made a difference! I don't hear that sucker at all! Our electric bill and water bill have been dropping as well due to the lack of heat coil like our old one had. The condensation dry makes a big difference with energy usage. Plus, when the cycle is finished, the dishwasher plays a cute little song to alert you. So far the quick wash has been my life saver. A quick 60 minute wash, as opposed to my old one taking almost double that to perform it's quick wash cycle, is a godsend. The black stainless steel matches my other appliances perfectly (all are Samsung, except for the Frigidaire range). The Geek Squad installers did a great job getting the old one out and the new one in. After the install, they even explained how to use some of the features and what to expect. 10/10 would recommend!

This dishwasher is quiet compared to my older (2010) Frigidaire. It's so quiet that when the door pops open on its own during the drying phase, it scares the bejesus out of my dogs and I. It almost sounds similar to one of our doors being opened. Has done a good job of cleaning the dishes; really haven't had to reclean anything except a few silverware that had very hard, stuck on food for days prior to wash. The controls are touch sensitive and can be finicky. Key is to barely touch it or tap as you would on a touchscreen, however my instinct is to press downward like the old-timey models, which I'm trying to break the habit of doing. Overall, would buy again if I had to repurchase.
