Love the blue Samsung drive, especially on my work projects when I need multiple drives to distribute I can order the different colors so everyone knows which is theirs.

Can't complain about these portable SSDs. I use them to back up and store tens of thousands of photos taken by motion-activated trail cameras for wildlife surveys. They work well and are small enough to pack easily in a laptop or camera bag, but not so small that I worry about losing them. I appreciate that they come with both USB-A and USB-C cables for connection with a range of devices.

Advertising industry standard! This is the workhorse external hard drive for the fashion shoot industry. I think I have purchased almost 50 (2) TB ones in 6 years.

Trust this ssd. I’ve had this thing in a lot of weather conditions and unplugged and plugged it in a million times and it still works and looks brand new (even the stock cable). Amazing. Had for about 2 years

Not much setup other than an app requesting installation on plug-in to my computer, seems to work great, I personally use it for storing pictures and videos of family, but with the amount of space I might keep some games on the bench for quick install if I ever want them.

Pros: Small, sturdy, and reliable. Password protection easy to use once it's set up. Possible Cons: it needs to be plugged into a higher powered USB C slot or it won't run properly. On newer laptops that's usually not an issue. Cons: Setting up the password protection required installing software on my computer

I love my Samsung products, and this SSD allows my devices more storage. My phone, computer, and tablet easily connect to this through USB-C. This drive is very light and portable, and the speeds allow me to back up things very quickly from my devices. I recommend it.

Super fast storage in a small sleek package. I am easily move large last-minute files to my MacBook Pro with ease. I’ve tried many drives that would boast fast speeds but feel short so I was a bit skeptical at first but very happy in the end.

I bought this to back up my Macbook using Time Machine. Set-up was smooth and so far it seems to be working well. I appreciate that cables for both USB-C and USB-A are included, and I'm impressed with how compact the drive is. (The photo shows it next to my airpods case for comparison.)

Pros + small and portable + fast + easy setup + user-friendly (plug and go) Cons - very smooth (which could be prone to sliding and falling if not on a flat/leveled surface) - would be nice if it had a feature or warning that this device is overheating (haven't had this issue yet, but it would be nice to know if it starts to overheat) If any company out there could make a simple silicone case/wrap to give it some grip and added protection on the corners and edges, to avoid sliding or slipping out your fingers, that would be a great compliment to this device. Overall the product is solid and works great with no issues yet. Quality for the price, will be buying more in the future.

Great way to store your precious photos and documents that finally freed a ton of space in my MacBook.

I use this everyday to edit many kinds of projects on premiere pro and after effects, more than fast enough and big enough for content creation, Worlds faster than the external hard drive I was running before. Beware after windows formats it, its reads around 1.8 terabytes, not a full 2. This is mostly just a quirk with windows.

The T7 is better than the T5 ... Apple OS seems to recognized it easier ... and it's faster too! Have 4 of these 2TB units for my Photography work. Recommend!!!

Costs more but is better competition with the other HDD brands. Worth its light weight.

Love it. Better than getting a regular hardrive if you want something that has much more longevity and much less of a risk to crash. Best buy has some of the best options for Solid State Drives.

Bought it for my PS5 Works excellent put all my old PS4 games and play it right from the hard drive now you could store PS5 games on there but can’t play them transfer rate is pretty fast pretty impressed with it
