Great external SSD drive for data back up. As a photographer I need relyable date back up. This Samsung drive works great.

Has been tossed around in my backpack quite a bit and now I don't have to worry as much as my old spinning external drive I used to carry around. Transfer speeds are amazing! Well worth it and great value!

I'm upgrading 15 year-old external harddisk. This is exactly what I was looking for. It is light/small portable device and easy to carry around in your pocket. It also comes with an encryption software so you can easily create a password to protect your files.

Haven't been using it long but the setup is pretty simple and easy. Also as someone who likes to work on the go I love the sleek design - it's super lightweight and portable!! Definitely can recommend.

Size is the main reason to get this. Portability at this capacity is a no-brainer for an avid photographer/videographer on the go. I paid about the same amount for this same version, but half the capacity (1TB) a few years ago.

Great SSD, can't go wrong with this one. I got it primarily to shoot videos off my phone. Its small size also makes it convenient to carry around in my pocket. Has decent read/write speeds and while the newer T9 is better, you can get this for cheaper for 70-80% of the same performance. P.S. I added a metal ring that attaches to my magsafe. That way, I don't need to hold on to the SSD while recording stuff.

Super fast and portable with a nice amount of storage

Love this drive it’s my daily driver and has never failed it’s been in the most remote and worst condition and never let me down .. love if and it still looks brand now

The T7 is a fast and convenient SSD. I use this particular one as a Time Machine for my wife's iMac. I have others that I also use for ease of transfer between my computers and my sons PCs.

Great for editing video. Thes t7’s are super useful for any type of video work. Fast enough to edit video off of and I’ve never had one fail.

Picked this drive up to use as a backup on my Mac Studio. It’s working great & was ready to use right out of the box. No issues after 11 months of daily use.

I love my Samsung products, and this SSD allows my devices more storage. My phone, computer, and tablet easily connect to this through USB-C. This drive is very light and portable, and the speeds allow me to back up things very quickly from my devices. I recommend it.

Samsung 1TB T7 external SSD has faster reads and writes than most USB thumb flash drives. It has encryption. It has both USB A and USB C cables.

Big fan! It integrated well into my iMac and it freed up a bunch of space on my internal hard drive. It's plugged in and running 24/7 and I've had no problems in at least 6 months.

If you are looking for speed, quality you wont be disappointed. It is small and compact perfect for on the go storage.

Really great product. I love the design. Very sleek. Slim has some weight to it does what it supposed to do and has enough memory to store all the data I need it to. Great product. Would buy again!

It is tiny and light. The transfer speed is very very fast! I use it to stored my work files(0.5t) so the 1T capacity is perfect for me.

Pros: Small, sturdy, and reliable. Password protection easy to use once it's set up. Possible Cons: it needs to be plugged into a higher powered USB C slot or it won't run properly. On newer laptops that's usually not an issue. Cons: Setting up the password protection required installing software on my computer
