The most durable and solid portable hard drive I have ever used, fast too. I have always used WD in the past but this one is 10X better! Even better that it is on sale for $219.99!

Awesome drives! I purchase 2-4 new ones every few months for my work. I’ve had zero issues with them, and it’s nice knowing I can stop into any Best Buy and grab them when needed. Highly recommend if you do any kind of photo or video work. Especially great for travel.

I purchased this because I had a previous device that I stored all my pictures in, and it wasn't secure with saving my pictures if it was bumped or anything. I lost all my pictures on my previous storage unit, and it would have cost me a couple thousand dollars to have them check to see if they could recover any of them. I really wanted to do it, but it probably wouldn't be worth it. The gentleman at Best Buy informed me that I would be better off just purchasing one of these and let your pictures that were on my old device go.

Read a bunch of reviews before purchasing this. The Black Friday Sale was the icing on the cake. I mainly wanted to to move old game storage over I dont play. Dont have the need to play them ( and I couldnt justify the $400 price point for the 2TB Seagate Xbox X Game SSD card) . As far as Transfer speed from consol to SSD, pretty satisified in my book. Followed a suggestion in a video review to preformat the SSD to NTFS before connecting it to my XBOX.

Works great abit expensive but dose a wonderful job. Connection is very good and download and uploading is exceptionally fantastically fast. It works for what I need.

I absolutely love this drive. I don’t know a lot about computers or transfer speeds, etc. But everything transfers over very fast and I’m able to work in Final Cut Pro with it. Recently, I have had some issues with saving a FCP file to the drive. Also, the USB-C cord slips out VERY easily. It’s not a make or break, but very annoying.

Excellent small physical size for a large TB memory SS external drive with ruggedness built in.

I have 3 of them and they've been good to me, minus sometimes not wanting to properly eject on my Macbook. I'm saddened by the cost of the drives now. In late 2024, I purchased one for about $270, and now in early 2026 the same exact one costs about $800??? I'm not sure if it's the AI data centers that are driving up the cost, corporate greed, tariffs that are affecting the cost, or what, but it pains me as a small business owner. I hope the costs go down soon...

I bought this as a time-machine drive for my Mac mini. It does the job. Not as fast as my usb 4 enclosure with Samsung name inside, but certainly fast enough. The case is nice. Nice and rugged, soft shell. Including a pic of it next to my OWC usb 4 enclosure.

Nice quality External SSD. I use it for storing SLR's camera shot. The images and videos transfer over very quickly since this is an Solid State Drive rather than simply a hard disk drive. The over all build quality is great, its water restistant which is a major plus, and it has a rugged smooth feel to it. It hooks up very easily with an Apple computer since it has a USB to USB connection. I really could ask for anything more. I havent had any issues with the product and I will update this review if i do. My overall grade for the product and deal = A
