Didnt bother with starter cartridge. Just get this to go with the printer. I think it lasts about 1000 pages or whatnot and thats plenty for a college kid.

It's nice to know that you won't need to order ink for a year. Drawback is that you need a different printer for color jobs, but this one has been very dependable for jobs that don't require color.

After struggling with Chinese toner knockoffs that either stopped working or were of poor quality, we decided to just buy the real thing from Samsung and our printing problems were solved! However, it's a relatively expensive toner cartridge compared to the knockoffs. You get what you pay for?

Shipped and received quickly. Product was well packaged to ensure no leakage or damage to toner cartridge. Toner cartridge was the model needed for my printer and works perfectly.

I received the used cartridge instead of a new one that I had ordered and paid for. When I opened the box, the plastic bag with the cartridge was already opened and the cartridge seemed empty. When I put the cartridge in the printer, the printer signals that the cartridge has to be replaced. I found out all of this in a month after I received the package. Since I had a working cartridge then, I didn’t think that I have to check the state of purchased cartridge at once. I would have never expected this to happen with the Best Buy products. I am very disappointed and I am not planning to use Best Buy services in the future!

Couldn't get this item at Office Depot/Office Max. Best Buy had this item and I got it right away. Just what I needed and the quantity I wanted.

This toner least longer than the other toners I used. I started to save money since I switched to this toner because I have to buy this toner once or twice a year.

Just bought it. Haven't opened it yet. I shall wait and see.

It is ink and it works, not much else to say. This review is not going to change your mind, you either need it or you don't.
