The best bluray player on the market. The clarity of the discs are amazing.

The 3 D quality is beautiful! It's as good as the 3D at the movie theater..

Very easy to install and operate. Has connection to all of the online video sites. Seems that all the new videos are coming out in 4K so the selection is increasing. Hopefully the older films will be released in 4K.

Hooked it up with my 4K UHD TV and provided great picture. Easy to use--very intuitive so no need to get the instructions out each time even if you're not tech-wise like me.

This 4k Blu-ray player gives you the highest quality pic on your 4k tv by far. I stream a lot and believe me when I tell u there is a big difference in clarity with the disc vs streaming netflix, Amazon, etc. To get the most out of this, make sure you have a tv that's 2.0a HDMI compatible, and a tv that HDR compatible, otherwise it won't be worth it.

I did not think inwas going to notice the difference between bluray and 4k but my word the colors are so vibrant and image is crisp. Content is a bit pricey but compared to the movie theaters ill take this anytime.

I upgraded from an older Samsung Blu-ray just to try the ultra. I am very happy with this player. It’s easy to use and looks great, it is a worthwhile upgrade

This player was just used for the first movie tonight. Crazy wow picture. Yup, our first true 4k movie. We streamed on our old 4k tv but the player was not compatible. Streaming just isn't the same as the player.

This blu Ray player has been awesome. Set up was very simple, we have it linked to our smart tv. We have enjoyed the 3d feature. The remote is kind of small but only has the necessary buttons to watch movies with.

This Ultra 4k blu ray player is ahhmazing! Pair it with the Ultra HD 4k DVDs... be prepared to let your jaw hang open in awe! So very happy i made this purchase!

I was very skeptical to spend lot of money on a 4k bluray player. But this player is worth every penny. The native 4k is amazing. Player upscales regular 1080p to 4k really well. Also you can cast to the player.

This DVD player is so easy to use, quality on this product is amazing. I purchased this to go with my 4k television and I must say I have never been more pleased with the product then I have when I purchase this.

very good player but my 4k UHD TV is not HDR ready so I am unable to comment on the HDR capability of the player. The picture quality is very good and all the SMART content works well. Wait until you have the HDR compatible TV, but if you are in need of a new player get this one and let the rest catch up.

Started buying 4K movies and needed a player. This seemed to be the only one out, but it has not disappointed me. Played DVDs, Blu-Ray, BR 3D and 4K movies. All played well. Replaced a DVD Upscaler and a Blu-Ray player with this one unit. Wish it were cheaper, but then I'd have to wait for it to go down in price. Worth the extra at this time.

The Samsung DVD player was extremely good quality. I don't know what translation is going on inside but even HD movies seem upscale. It matches well with my 75" Samsung screen. I highly recommend it to others.

The 4k UHD output is excellent and the player's menu setup is pretty easy to use. My only problem is streaming from the internet via wifi. Haven't used it as a streaming source because of that. It plays all my disc, including UHD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, commercial 1 & 2 sided DVDs and DVDs that I have produced.

I bought this unit to enhance my viewing on my Samsung JS9000. I played a standard BD movie and was amazed at the sharpness of the picture quality of the movie, I am now looking forward in playing my first 4K movie.

nice new start to 4k players a little expensive but is good

The unit works as intended for 4k and 3D videos. There is no digital readouts on the unit except for an off/on light. This suggests it was done to save cost. Also, the curved shape does not integrate well with the rectangular components of my other home theater equipment. I can see that it would look OK under a small TV. However, it is my opinion that, unless it is under a TV, it looks out of place. I first considered the Phillips unit, but when the price of this unit was cut to below $200.00, I made the purchase. For those with receivers without HDMI 2.0 and HDCP2.2 protocols, it does have dual HDMI outputs to allow for connection to an older receiver. Before buying, make sure your TV supports both protocols as some early released models and/or bargain units do not. Also, some early receivers did not have full bandwidth HDMI 2.0 support. You need to know the specs of the units you are connecting this unit to.

4k is amazing. I bought a 4k tv back on black Friday and thought that looked good when watching blu ray but boy was I wrong. When I bought this 4k player and watched the Martian in 4k it blew me away. Just need more 4k movies to come out.
