Was not dissappointed with the upgrade

The M9500 takes better advantage of the HDR technology in the Samsung 2017 or later TV's. Tinkering with the color settings make the 4K blu-rays pop!! I feel like watching my entire collection all over again! Sound decoding is great also. The movie IT made me jump out of my seat.

This unit is so much better. Haven't had any problems at all. I just wish the remote had more features.
