Hooked this up to my Samsung 4k TV and it looks amazing.

This was originally listed for 399, but i got for 149 not really sure why this item is 400$ to begin with but that’s another story. Plays great, pairs perfectly with our 65” Samsung 4K tv, upscales beautifully

Purchased this particular model after having the salesperson explain the differences between this model and others. I purchased ther 4k Ultra HD Wi-Fi Built in Blue ray player and could not be happier with it.

I'm very unsatisfied with this unit. I went with Samsung because it provides an optical digital audio output; the Sony models(I had a Sony Blu-ray player I liked very much)of 4k aren't offering the optical for some reason. This model's remote control sucks! It's too small, and the toggle buttons aren't big enough, and they're molded too close to the remote, which makes it hard to feel them in the dark. Also, when you pause and then re-play this unit, a banner appears at the top of the screen for about 5 seconds. Overall, I'm sorry I bought this Samsung player. If I can find a Sony with an optical audio output, I'll get it.

The picture looks killer in 4k. Player connects and talks to tv with no problem. Turn on player and tv turns on by itself. Small and compact unit. Super fast loading and start up. Nice player.

We purchased this for my mother-in-law so she could recover after knee surgery. She was skeptical at first of the streaming feature, but after two days she's a pro at it, she loves it.

The DVD player is very nice. The interface is the same format as the Samsung TV I purchased. I can't find anything I do not like about this DVD player.

The Samsung Player is very nice. Only real drawback is that when you play DVD with multiple track options like a Family Guy with numerous episodes on it, the player is a bit noisy when going to selected track.

Best blu ray player I've owned. Samsung is the way to go. This model is actually better quality than any in it's class. Movie viewing is spectacular. 4k movies are the best.

I had to buy this model because the M8500 BD player did not have Bluetooth. The BlueRay player needed to do Bluetooth because Samsung's QLED TV's Bluetooth does not work properly. The TV does not forward the sound stream from the M8500 without cutting it off after ~10 minutes.

I shopped around before buying this and found that Best Buy had the best price and the best service around. I will be back to buy others products when i need something for my house.

This DVD player plays dvds fine but does not support PS Vue, Hulu live tv, sling or YouTube tv. I’m not really sure how you promote something as a streaming device when is can’t compare to a basic Roku. Many Samsung “smart” TVs also have these limitations. Worst part is best but wouldn’t let me return it after it didn’t meet my expectations because I was 3 days outside of the 15 day window. There problem now, won’t be purchasing thru them any longer.

Features on this UHD Blu-Ray compare with features of equally capable devices costing two to three times as much. Compare the specs and save hundreds of dollars.

I purchased this Blu-Ray Player for my husband's birthday so we could use it for playing discs but also use the apps to use other services. I asked when buying and was assured it would work great and be able to do what I wanted. Upon hooking it all up, we found that Hulu does not have an agreement with Samsung so we could not use it for Hulu programming as well as some other things. There is nothing wrong with the player as such but had I known it wouldn't let us use all of the other apps we had planned I would have bought another brand or more basic player for much less money.

This connected well and easily with my Samsung TV and Samsung Soundbar. Movies and music CDs played well. (When playing music, I haven't figured out a way to turn off the TV without the Blu-ray automatically turning off too. ??)

This is a really great Blu-ray player. My only complaint is that if I have it paused too long it goes to sleep and turns off and I have to restart the whole movie, and I can't find a way to turn that feature off

pricey but great 4k player allows you to have hdmi to tv and 2nd hdmi to receiver (in case your receiver is not 4k) explains the higher price of this player

I'm a bluray fan and I have a surrounded sound system and 4k bluray discs sound awesome, and the video processing is excellent on this device.

I really like this product but it has one problem it never stays in that same audio mode that I wanted in it is an awesome Samsung product
