Great picture. Clear, bright and no artifacts. Reasonably fast load times. Compact remote that handles all normal functions. Friendly service at local Best Buy.

I purchased this model recently, replacing the 8500 that had failed totally, setup was relatively easy. I only had a standard cd to play and it worked perfectly with a very clear vibrant picture, so I can only imagine the HD, blu ray or Ultra would be even better. Did get Streaming HD and ULTRA and the picture was superb. So far, I am very happy with my purchase.

I needed a blu-ray player and this one works well so far. There are lots of options but the remote with a lack of buttons on it takes some getting used to.

Awesome product with superior picture when used with a 4K TV. Significantly better than a base blu ray or DVD player. Well worth the money and loaded with features. Set up was simple and connection to wireless and tv fast and easy. The Samsung account login is rather tedious with the remote but overall an awesome product.

The 4K experience with this player is wonderful. I bought my first 4K movie to play on this player and was not disappointed.

This 4k blu-ray player works great. the loading speed is faster then the ubd-8500 4k blu-ray player. Also the remote is easy to work with and is a little bigger then its predecessor,

This Samsung Blu-ray player is another great Samsung product in my opinion. I have a lot of Samsung products and this player is great. It has an easy to use menu and many great features. I would recommend buying this player to anyone who wants an excellent picture and great features.

I was blown away with difference in picture quality, don't know why i waited to get unit to go with matching tv

This was my first 4K UHD HDR Blu-ray player. Samsung always makes quality products, and this automatically linked up with my new Samsung 4K TV. The player runs silently, produces a great video signal, upscales HD and SD content wonderfully, and handles all the current audio formats. I like the fact that there's a separate HDMI for audio and one for video (or you can just run one HDMI cable if your surround sound receiver handles Atmos and DTS:X as well as 4K video) Highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade, or just future-proof your home theater!

Very easy to use just plug and it worked! Our smart TV found it and adjusted to the new remote. PERFECT

This unit was purchased to take advantage of the new Samsung 4K 75" TV we just bought, and I have to say that even with a Yamaha receiver between it and the TV, the setup was automatic and painless. Has great pic quality and fast response, worth the extra few bones in my opinion.

Easy to hook up to my Samsung QDot TV. TV recognized the dvd player instantly and went right to registration and wifi hook up. Like the fact that when a dvd is inserted,my TV goes right to dvd mode. Quality of picture and sound is great(sound goes through Samsung 550 sound bar system).

Better than expected. 4k and blu ray crystal clear

My Samsung 8500 quit playing and as I had it covered under a Geek Squad plan, I got the 9500 as a replacement. I am very satisfied with the 9500. It hooked up flawlessly, is easy to use, it plays great and so far is much better than the 8500 player.

I still need an hdr television but I have a 4K and it looks great

I purchased this device to go pair up with my Samsung 65MU9000 4K TV. Setup was easy and it has been working perfectly.
