The video is outstanding with regular DVD's and blue rays were amazing. I have four Samsung TVs and Samsung DVD players and have always been happy. I gladly recommend this to every body.

Problem is interference with the Blueray remote and TV remote, blueray remote does not function at all since initial setup, TV remote is dominant. Have service email to Samsung pending.

Very Slick 4K BluRay

The seamless transition is great! The picture quality is incredible and, with the soundbar, we have a better than the movies experience with spectacular 4K viewing!

I've only tried one 4K up to t his point, so I'll see how the next one does. Great controls, great remote, seamless interaction with my TV and AV receiver.

We've seen it in action at the homes of others and it's a very good product. We bought one when we upgraded our home entertainment system. But we realized that we don't watch many new movies at all, we don't buy 4K discs, and we prefer streaming with various services. We returned the item but that was about us and our changing needs, not the unit itself.

This 4k player was recommended so we got this also. It has worked great and even makes non-4k discs look better. Not much more to say--it just does what it is supposed to!

This new player was easy to hook up and the video quality is really outstanding! So glad I bought this Blu-Ray player and it was on sale too so that made it even sweeter!!

Not the best if you use a 4K surround system as it doesn't process Dolby Atmosphere as well as it should. I even had problems with playing some regular blu-rays and a couple 4K blu-rays after 1 1/2 years. Then pictures freeze off and on

It is user-friendly, streams flawlessly, is backward compatible with Blu-ray, DVD disks and even plays audio CDs. The UBD-M9500 is a terrific investment and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The unit was easy to plug in, and the set-up was a little more involved than a previous Blu-ray player. I am satisfied with the machine and find the video quality to be excellent.

I just watched Black Panther (4K Ultra HD) and it was awesome. Highly recommend, especially if you want to pair it with other Samsung products
