Poorly advertised

worst screen ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my current screen is a 1080p dell and i have decided to upgrade to a 4k screen so i bought this one. i only had it for a couple of hours before returning it as i realized that the picture quality on my old hd screen is better than this screen's picture. the color are just bland. the worst about it though is that it's stand is super shaky to the point that gently pressing the keyboard would shake the screen.

Not happy with gaming

DOES NOT WORK in full 4K with Xbox. That’s why i bought it, and was not clear in the online documentation that it would not support 4K with xbox.

Item was a open boxed item (I paid for a new item)

I already have one and decided to do a dual monitor setup. The one star is because I chose store pickup and was issued an open box item. Customer service gave me the option to take it back and they will ship me a new one, or a 10% discount. So if you do store pickup , check to see if it is an open box item before you leave.

Burning out pixels!

I have all appliances at home Samsung. But this monitor is bad. Just got mine a month ago. Bought it at may 25th and starting burning pixels out! I have two huge wholes in a screen now and guess what? I can't get another one . Because today is 29th of may and I'm passed my return date. So I lost 300$. Great.

Not What I Expected

This monitor only works for a couple weeks

I never though it was the monitor, so I tried everything I could such as: Replace HDMI Cable, Re-install Windows and Finally tried with another monitor. Finally, when decided to return it, I couldn't because the policy of 30 days period passed. I paid almost 700 dollars for a Monitor that worth nothing now.

Great Monitor poor controls

It is replacing a 32" 1080p 120hz TV that I was using as a monitor. While smaller, both the picture quality and color depth are very good. The 1ms response time is even better for my gaming experience. I also use it for my Xbox One S monitor and the multiple inputs really help. I utilize the Display Port input as well for my work laptop when working from home. While the multiple inputs are very helpful, the controls on this monitor, especially for switching inputs, is simply atrocious. It is incredibly painful to switch between inputs.

Bad for mounting

Wonderful Display With a Few Annoyances
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace a Dell 4K monitor that I purchased with a new Dell computer. It was defective and after three weeks, Dell was unable to provide a replacement. As other reviewers have noted, the display itself is razor sharp and vibrant. There are a few shortcomings though: --the stand has little adjustability which is surprising at this price point. The Dell I had--which cost about the same--had a stand that would adjust up and down and would allow the monitor to be turned vertically. I don't know if I'd use that but it was nice to have it. --the Dell had three charged USB out ports on it, the Samsung has none. --on the driver CD, there were different drivers for HDMI and DP. I installed the DP but was having trouble with the monitor seeing it, so switch to an HDMI cable. The display was discernibly worse because I had forgotten to install the other driver. I'm not sure if you can install both or have to switch drivers if you decide to switch cables. Again this isn't a huge thing but contributed to my 4 star rather than a 5 star rating.

A little over a year later & this one is doing the same thing. Time to replace.

Very underwhelming display

Colors are so washed out brightness is lack luster looks bad just using it as a secondary display for a work computer. Spend an extra 100 to get anything else.

Would be great if it worked
