    - took several attempts to pair iPhone with appliances. - limited function and options - the machine must be ON, no ability to turn the device off remotely. - Basically, you are notified when the cycle is done. IMHO, for the money paid for both machines, a blue tooth adapter should already be part of the machine. Spending the extra money is ludicrous.

    The WiFi stick works great to connect washer and dry to other iot like TVs and phones to control it. The trick to setting it up is to make sure washer and dryer are on and make sure to hold down wireless button on control panel for 5 seconds until red wireless light comes on

    Received the Samsung wifi usb stick for my washer and dryer a couple of weeks before the estimated delivery date... They work as intended with the washer and dryer when connected to Samsung smart things app. Very happy with my purchase.

    This is a waste, I would not recommend buying it. Samsung is usually good in hardware and when it comes to Software connectivity, they need to start from the begining, they are far far behind and their support is equally lathargic. This product so far is useless to me.

    Software for adapter was changed in 2020, so it no longer supports older appliances (in my case, 4 years old but still being sold at stores), only new appliances. The hardware is the right hardware, but they won’t support anything older than very recent.

    Perfect to add a Samsung washer for dryer

    I've found this was great addition to my smart home suite to, at the very least, view my washer or dryer cycles. Some washers and dryers also allow you to remotely control the machine.

    I tried pairing the device with my washing machine multiple times. Using an iPhone, an Adroid, etc. I had read it was hard to pair but I wasn't expecting this level of frustration.
