Bought separately from Samsung washer. Fast delivery as scheduled, well packed, no problems.

Wish the bases were as good as the washer/dryer that they go with. For a 15" high base there is shockingly depth to the drawer. Cannot put a standard laundry detergent bottle in the drawer. They do pair well with the washer/dryer from fit and appearance standpoint and bring the loading height up to a convenient level.
The lack of depth in the drawer is disappointing.

Leveled by Best Buy delivery and absolutely no problems. I'm happy as my laundry area is not leve.l

The pedestals did exactly what they were supposed to do. Made loading and unloading the washer and dryer sooo much easier.

- We have ordered two pedestals matching to our washer and dryer over the chat, promised to for free install.
- But when delivered, they didn't install these, first upset.
- So, we called them for install, after some conversation, BB is agreed for install service.
- After few days, BB GeekSquad showed up, rushed into the house with tools to install Washer / Dryer. We told them to the request is to install the pedestals, they said they will not do it, call the BB customer service again, second time upset.
- So, we need to call them again and make appointment. The pain is every time they show up, someone needs to be at home, we accepted 3rd time inconvenience and made the appointment.
- Wait for another shock. BB team showed up, these people are nice, opened the boxes half the way, then the biggest shock, these DON'T MATCH to the washer / dryer we have. Biggest SHOCK. So, the guy who ordered didn't do the right job, he selected wrong SKUs, just to place the order, don't care to listen to what I say/needed and promised to the extent he can just to place the order. Wrong SKU and false promise of free install.
- So, called again, to pick up these two wrong ones and
deliver two correct ones.
- One more time inconvenience of someone to stay at home.
- Next time showed up, people are not friendly, they just went inside laundry room, closed the doors, didn't care to what we wanted to say. They did some work, BOOM, new laundry pedestal has scratches on it. Where is the second pedestal? Well, they ran out of these, not in stock.
The problem is not resolved yet, really looking for help. It has been almost 6 weeks, totally frustrated with BB service.
Sorry for the bad review on the service, we tried to resolve over the phone, but it is not getting resolved.

great part of washer dryer package. works as intended but a little small for actual storage.

Out of the two that we initially one of them had a defective drawer that would not close completely. BestBuy replaced and installed the pedestal at no charge.
