Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, the individual who brought the pedestal did not bring the kit to install it and were just delivering it to me and I guess i was expected to install it myself. Then they installed it andd forgot to turn on the water to washing machine. This was totally frustrating from start to finish.

Only gripe is instructions tell you to slide the pedestal into place once secured to appliance. Even with the tape provided, it has rubber no-slip corners that won't let it slide so we had to get creative to move it into position.

We recently had a repair for our washer and the tech noticed ours are already breaking apart because of the weight of my washer and dryer. (Both have one of each) and thats not even 2 yrs from the date of purchase. My Bestbuy protech membership cant even do anything about our problem.
