This dishwasher is extremely quiet and easy to use. Does a good job of cleaning the dishes and getting everything equally. It does not dry the dishes though. There is a setting that you can use to dry the dishes, but it does not dry them without using that setting. As I believe this saves on energy costs, it doesn't bother me too much. I usually just open the door when it is finished to let it air dry. Otherwise, it is a very good unit.

I purchased this Samsung dishwasher to replace a 23-year old Whirlpool model that had outlived it's usefulness. It looks great but sounded even better when I ran it the first time. With our old one we had to run it late at night or leave the house. It was so incredibly loud like a jet engine we couldn't hear the tv. When I ran the new one I couldn't even tell if it was on it was so quiet. It was music to my ears. We did have a problem with it not draining properly but it was not the dishwasher's fault but a problem with the disposal.

This dishwasher performs very well and seems to get even stuck on food off. My only dissatisfaction ares that I haven't been able to find a way to leave the panel lights on, or to be able to easily turn them on even briefly. This may be just user error, but has been my experience so far. Additionally, it feels strange to have to turn the dishwasher on before closing the door. Other than those two minor issues, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We bought this to match our new fridge and stove. It is very quiet & dishes are coming out clean. We like the fact that the rack is adjustable for taller items.

Sometimes you need a replacement to realize how poor your prior device was. This dish washer is extremely quiet and so far is doing an excellent job with the messes we feed it. No special preparation needed, and even the dirtiest pots and pans are getting nicely cleaned.

Runs quiet and love the blue light. I lightly pre rinse and run dishwasher only every 2-3 days. It cleans very well on Express 60 setting. There is some water that is left on the back wall of dishwasher but if I leave the door open it dries in a couple of hours. The only thing I don't like is the stainless exterior shows every print and smudge.

This is really a nice looking dishwasher and extremely quiet. I hardly know when it is running except it lights up blue from the front. I have tried a number of the settings and my only complaint is I can only find 1 setting that gets the dishes all the way dry. If you use the 60 min express with sanitation on it works wonderfully all other settings left my dishes wet. Bummer because I don't think that setting is the most energy efficient. I also like the dishwasher plays a little tune when the cycle is complete. Overall happy with purchase.

what an upgrade from my may tag . this is the best dish washer i have ever owned. I use to hate running it during the day with my old one, now we do the dishes anytime. Cleans and dries just fine and Brandon and Eric at Best Buy in Clinton Township are awesome! Thanks for a great deal and wonderful experience.

Only reason for really buying this was to upgrade to all stainless steel in our kitchen, as our other dishwasher still worked fine. Overall have been moderately pleased with this product. Was a pain to install, as one line wasn't tight enough, so it got water everywhere, including into the dishwasher. Had to completely uninstall it and watch youtube videos to get an error off the screen. Do like how quite it is most of the time, but every once in a while during a cycle it has a high-pitch squeal. Have had mixed results with the performance. Sometimes dishes come out crystal clear, other times they have water spots and grime on them.

Great Cleaning performance especially in sanitize mode. Not a big fan of the racking, lower rack could be taller for plates and upper rack could use a little more tilt A lot of reviews question the drying, I have no issue with it, I crack the door open after it is done and most of it evaporates, no worse than my previous too noisy to run unless i was out of the house machine

so quiet that you can't tell it's on....but the blue light helps...very good looking...but does take it's time to go through the cycle.

I was at first very hesitant to buy a Samsung dishwasher because of many reviews on other model Samsung dishwashers and was set on buying a Bosch. Very surprised when I purchased this floor model. Very quite, drys very well and the waterfall feature is great. I'm glad I purchased this dishwasher.

First time to write a review but I feel obligated to share with others. Pros: Looks good, quiet, utensil holder placement is in a good spot. Cons: Doesn't clean dishes very well (It's a dishwasher), Loading top and bottom racks are awkward and dishes don't fit well even when adjusting the rack, Cycle times seem very long, black stainless is supposed to be smudge resistant but we still see fingerprints. We purchased because of the water wall system that we kept hearing about from the sales people we talked to. Cool concept but in the end it doesn't work very well often leaving dishes dirty. loading the dishes is awkward as the adjustable racks don't seem to hold the dishes well. our plates are pretty standard size. I do like the utensil holder but again these are left unclean on occasion. Cycle time for the normal cycle is 2 hours plus.

I got this one over another due to its decibal rating and it lives up to its hype. It is whisper quiet and it's hard to tell its even on. I've only just ran it so I'll have to see about the clean quality but good so far.

Heard some new tails of this dishwasher that scared me at first (with the new design) but so far so good and it is very quiet! Dishes come out very clean and never have to rewash! Still want to wait and see down the road about the "flaws" but like I said, so far so good!

Absolutely thrilled with this dish washer. Operates in almost total silence, I often wonder 'did I switch it on?' Love the waterfall water system, makes fitting items in so easy. The racks have various choices for dishes or large pots to go on. The upper rack has height adjustment. Love the fact there are no switches/buttons on view all on the door top instead. Would recommend this dish washer highly.

Don't get me wrong, I love this dishwasher and as long as you follow the instructions your dishes will be dry... but like a lot of other people after reading their reviews, I miss the heating element that helps dry the entire unit, not just the dishes. Apparently a lot of dishwashers are doing away with the heating element. Aside from that, the dishwasher is great. Since I have an open concept floor plan, my husband and I can sit in our living room and watch TV w/o hearing the dishwasher, it's that quiet. My dork side loves the blue light on the front of the unit, and the black stainless steel is awesome too, really matches my kitchen and the other Samsung appliances.

Quiet and pretty, cleans well. Make sure you use jetdry if you waht dishes to be dry, cycle takes over 3 hours never noticed how long old dishwasher took. Nice works well.

This washer is so quiet, you don't even know it's running except for the blue light. My only complaint is that it does not seem to dry very well, usually have to take a towel to bowls, pots and glass bottoms.

The packaging was very good. The washer base has tunnels for the wire and pluming to run through. The leveling is done from the front. It was easy to get set up and runs so quiet at times I don't know its running without looking for the light. Even though the soap dispenser slides it is still possible to block with a pan. No problems, Like the long warranty. Sometimes you have to press hard on the buttons to make operate.
