This is by far the best dishwasher I have ever owned.

So far so good.great product. Quiet and efficient.

The dishwasher takes over 3 hours to wash on standard mode. Many glasses set in the rear of the unit don't get cleaned well. If you put a large dish in front of the detergent dispenser, the detergent does not get dispersed through the machine.

It has not worked that great from the time I bought it till now. It doesn't clean the dishes very well. The soap dispenser doesn't empty. Now I have a LC error code in the "Time Left" space.

We bought this dishwasher because of the name and design. The shortest wash cycle is almost 3 hours, and there is no drying mode. Would not recommend, especially for the price.

The water wall is a joke dishes were still dirty after 4 washes. Called Samsung they are worthless they told me that I wasn't using the right fluid, the water wasn't hot enough and other things I told them I wanted service they refused and told me they would not. Went back to Best Buy and they were great they have 30 day satisfaction guarantee and they took it back and I purchased a Bosch. Just a FYI the Samsung does not have a dryer so the dishes are soaking wet when they are done. DO NOT BUY YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Had the delivery truck to show up. And the box is well packed as soon the installer showed up and noticed a dent on front. Still waiting for the other dishwasher to come in.

Broken after years of light use. Every samsung appliance I've purchased has failed.

The top rack sticks even after being replaced and the soap dispenser often takes several tries to close. I would not buy it.

took home and installed. pump would never come on and spray water. after about 20 min it would error code and shut off. best buy took back and had no problems with them

Purchased a Samsung dishwasher four weeks ago and is broken and leaks. Do NOT buy Samsung products!!! Very unreliable.

Product was top of the line two years ago now it is giving me issues every time I run it.

Maybe we got a lemon but Samsung customer service makes this an even worse purchase. Sub part cleaning prior to it breaking down. Now we're within our 1yr warranty period needing it to be fixed again and we're not providing them with valid documentation showing we bought it. They've already been out to fix this dishwasher once and we've shown it was purchased June of 2016 but that's not valid. Make a smart decision and buy a different brand.

I have to admit, I was scared when reading the reviews on this dishwasher. My husband and I had to get a new one before Christmas and although we went to 3 different stores to compare prices and to see what was in stock, we did not read any reviews until after we purchased this one from Best Buy. All I knew is what settings we wanted and we knew what price we wanted to spend. After reading all the reviews I was nervous but I have to say being so was not necessary. We've had our dishwasher hooked up almost two weeks now and have used it many times. Our dishes come out cleaner than any dishwasher I've used. They're spotless. It's true about this being the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard. We hear the water running in the beginning and the musical tones when starting and finishing the wash and that's it. Having an open concept living, dining and kitchen, that's pretty awesome! And as far as the dishes coming out wet, our dishes come out dry enough (just a little water on the top of the glasses/cups) and if you were to ask the sales associate about what settings the dishwasher had before purchasing it you would of known this dishwasher does not have a drying mode and that was perfectly ok with me since I never used the drying mode in my previous dishwashers. It uses to much energy. And last, the prongs being short has not been an issue whatsoever, our dishes have stayed in place, no moving at all. So, to wrap this all up, don't believe everything you read! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great dishwasher!

The waterwall may have been a good idea but the implementation of it was not. Whenever you pull the top tray out the cups or whatever is on the level go crashing because the interface of the rack to the back of the dishwasher is way to tight!! We have had a reairguy out already after 2 weeks of ownership. May have to figure a way to return it... otherwise it looks nice.. but looks does not get the dishes done:/

was on a great sale but very disappointed when i started to use it. this style is not good for anyone who has a back problem. loading dishes is complicated and rack is very low. settings are complicated. thankfully, i praise best buy for taking it back and getting me another dishwasher that is simpler to use and easier on my back (a lot less bending)

Extremely quiet. Does not dry dishes sufficiently. Not a great clean either.

Dishwasher did not work. I spent many hours dealing with Samsung. I finally gave up and best buy was gracious enough to let me bring it back well after the 15 day policy. Thank you best buy. Samsung customer service was terrible. Too many layers that did not talk to each other. What a waste of time. I'm now a loyal Bosch owner.

I have had to service this dishwasher twice and it does not clean well.
