This dishwasher is pure garbage. You have to lift the bottom rack every time you push it in or it falls off the track. There is also an issue with the WaterWall feature that i need to pull it forward or the dishwasher errors out. Do not buy this dishwasher!!

the waterwall is just a scam and a waste of money will just end up costing you way more to repair, than any benefit given. Skip all Samsung products they will fail in one way or another.

Doesn't dry dishes and latch doesn't open to let detergent out

Water wall device broke while under parts warranty i was willing to pay labor(with receipt) but samsung repair center would not come out even though I was willing to pay labor .

I had the have this Dishwasher replaced four times. The first two were delivered damaged and the third one had no water supply line (was literally just a shell). The fourth one doesn't work at all and now that it's discontinued, we had to get a new style.

All of the new sumsung appliances/electronics I have bought, broke within the first 2 years. I have researched away to fix the issue but it seems that the problems are caused by cheap componets. and parts

Installed machine ran one cycle and at the end of the rinse cycle suds starting coming out of the sides and the vent of the door!!! There are other reviews of this happening do your research before buying this machine!!!

Bought this dishwasher. Returned it. You would expect it to clean your dishes, right? That is the reason you buy a dishwasher. It did not, so back to the store it went!

I brought this unit thinking new water wall technology will be very good. But it is not that good. My dishes were more cleaner before. It also leaking at the bottom. I would need to buy another one. wasted money.

I purchased this dishwasher excited to have it in before Christmas. Nope. It won't fit into my standard dishwasher location. Sales people shoukd know this and ask correct questions

This dishwasher worked for a few months then stopped cleaning our dishes. Even after geek squad came and fix many parts it still didn't clean the dishes.

This Samsung dishwasher is gorgeous but is a horrible product, kept braking down until I had to go with a different brand!

I'm a big fan of Samsung products and was extremely excited about WaterWall technology so I couldn't wait for my new dishwasher to get installed. Overall it looks nice and cleans really well BUT I was disappointed to learn that it didn't have a dryer, which I had asked the sales rep about several times. I do use a rinse aid as recommended by Samsung but I still have to dry my dishes. For the price we paid, I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dishwasher to my friends.

This was a good dishwasher while it lasted. It is quiet and cleans the dishes well. I am rating it as a 4 star because I purchased it in May 2016 and it stopped working September 2021. I reached out to Best Buy geek squad to come service/fix it and they did not have anyone on their service team that could service this particular item. It's now January 2022, so I reached out to a 3rd party appliance repair company and the quote to fix the dishwasher is $560. At this point, you might as well buy a new one. I expected the dishwasher to last longer than 5.5 years and I also expected geek squad to have someone on their team to repair this as I pay a monthly fee for a service they can't seem to fulfill.

I have owned this unit since December of 2015, thus far it has been reliable and good with cleaning my dishes for a family of 4. The zone boost can be used as a sort of power scrub as it can increase the water pressure on one or both sides of the bottom rack. The sanitize and Dry+ options when used together dry ceramic and metal very well. That being said, even using sanitize and Dry+ do not expect it to dry plastic items. It is not designed to as it does not have a heated dry cycle and instead uses condensation drying. All things considered if I was buying today I would buy the 3rd rack variation of the same model for the versatility of it and to free up more room on the bottom rack.
