Customers recognize the WaterWall 24" Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher as impressively quiet and appreciate its extra rack for versatile loading. However, some users find the drying performance less than satisfactory and the wash cycles rather lengthy. The spacious interior is also a frequently cited positive. Many find the dishwasher easy to use and keep clean.

We've had it for about a month despite negative reviews but we love it so far. Looks like they had issues in past models. Will comeback in few month and review

Equally as bad as the Refrigerator. The Waterfall unit is plastic and made very cheap. It broke 2 times and had to be repaired by our Home Warranty. This was an expensive unit that was only quiet for a short time. Then it was load. Also had draining problems. We did not over fill it or put dishes in dirty,

The dishwasher does not clean. My dishes stink even after running the washer on every setting. There is visible dishwater with small food particles in the bottom of the dishwasher even after the cycle completes. Essentially even when the dishes look clean they aren’t. It’s just spraying dirty dishwater and then drying the fluid onto the dishes. Disgusting.

This dishwasher just came out. We had it brand new for only 2 months and it stopped working. Geek squad came out trying to fix about 8 times- unsuccessfully. Before we finally able to swap it out. Biggest nightmare. Worse dishwasher. Water wall just wasn't working!!

Not pleased with options for dishes placement

I bought this dishwasher to match my other new Samsung appliances, and because I wanted to third row flex drawer option. However, our dinnerware does not fit in this dishwasher. We have newer Sango brand dinnerware and the plates are too big and too heavy to work in the lower rack. The tines aren't long enough to hold them up, so they fall over on each other. When the dishwasher is fully loaded with the third rack, we can't raise the upper rack to accommodate the height of our dinnerware. We also have trouble placing various sized coffee mugs, our cereal bowls, and cups in the upper rack. I am searching for new dinnerware, which is really frustrating, because our current set is fairly standard size and weight.
I was also disappointed to find that the dishwasher does not get the dishes dry unless extra dry time, sanitize cycle, and a rinse aid are used. The total cycle time is 3 hours and 15 minutes, and even then the dishes are not getting fully dry.
I am pleased that the dishwasher is very quiet, and it looks good too. That's not worth the frustration I experience every time I try to load it without our dishes falling over on top of each other and not getting clean or dry.

So much room!

I love the top rack for silverware an utensils -- especially the odd shaped kitchen spoons and utensils. So much space -- I'm actually having trouble figuring out how to use it all. The controls are difficult to figure out -- the only reason I'm marking this down.

It is not worth the money I spent on this dishwasher. it does not wash well and is terrible at drying. there is a smell now. It also takes 2 to 3 hours to wash, which I think is way too long. the sad part is that i'm stuck with it and I can't return it or exchange it. I truly regret buying it and regret throwing away my old dishwasher.

I was looking for something in my Best Buy account and saw we bought this 2017. They had a space to still put a review and have to say we've LOVED it. Quiet, reliable & can wash a small load with the bottom wash only. Great feature with just 2 of us in the house.

LC code 3 times in 3 weeks

The LC code came on after I had this machine for 2 months. We reinstalled it and it worked for a week and the lc code came on again. We reinstalled it again and it worked for a week and lc code came on for the 3rd time. I called in to have a Samsung repair man come out and they gave me a list of things to do which I had already done. I spent 20 min trying to convince Samsung that I tried everything and to please send a repair man out. I so wished I had bought the lower end machine. My old dishwasher was 15 years old and never broke once. Samsung finally agreed to send a guy out but if he decides its my fault I have to pay him. I bought 4 new appliances and wish I had my old ones. Thanks Samsung.

Doesn't dry, Error Code after 3 weeks

Don't buy this dishwasher. It washes excellent, but doesn't dry the dishes. The walls inside of the dishwasher are covered with beads of water that had to be wiped dry. If you don't wipe it dry it will develop odors. The final thing that has happened with this dishwasher is after 3 weeks, the dishwasher turned itself "on" and the pump began to run and the display showed a message..."LC." I'm not sure what that means yet. I turned the washer off and it turned itself back on a few seconds later. I had to shut off the breaker in the house electrical panel. I'm looking into a Whirlpool.

Avoid This Product!!

Purchased this product from Best Buy about 6 months ago. Really didn't want a Samsung DW because of the reviews, but the package for entire kitchen saved me thousands. Very happy with my top of the line induction and fridge; it's this DW that's driving me crazy. Have had it 6 months and put up with poor cleaning. Figured I could put up with it until I had time to deal with Samsung customer service which is notoriously bad. Had the exact the same issues with Maytag two years ago. They sent out a rep, he did a quick check with some instruments, determined a board had a problem. Ordered/replaced and machine worked great. Sold that condo and redid another one and unfortunately, took the bait with this Samsung mistake. First, Samsung customer service took 1 1/2 hours and I wasn't even on hold. They literally have you disassemble the machine while you're on the phone. You have to crawl in and take all the water assembles out and convince the rep that the water holes are not clogged. Finally after going through their physical fitness test, btw I'm a senior with very limited mobility, the rep conceded and decided to send a service person. Service arrives, turns on machine and is planning to stay around for 2 - 3 hours for this thing to cycle. He says it's in test mode and will be faster. Half way through he shows me a plate that is clean. I tell him the issue is with the upper silverware rack and the glasses. He then says I need to start running my hot water in my kitchen sink the entire time the dishwasher is running so there's adequate hot water going to the machine. I mention the cost of water and electricity sure doesn't sound practical. At first I thought he was joking. Then he says very seriously, that there's nothing wrong with the machine, it's performing to factory settings and nothing else can be done. Frankly. the need to run the hot water constantly was a clear indication that this guy had no idea what he was doing. As he was leaving he wanted me to sign paperwork. I told him I was going to note that I had issues with the machine and my problems had not been resolved. He refused to let me make any note and I would not sign. He finally left. A couple of hours after he left I noticed the machine was still running. He had left it in test mode and left it to me to figure out how to shut it down and figure out how to get it back into a normal mode. After running for 4 hours, I opened the machine up and the silverware on top still had food on it and the glasses were still dirty. However, the plates he took pictures of were sparkling!! Attached are pics of two items the service person put in the machine. He asked for peanut butter on a spoon and knife. He also put some on a plate which did come out clean. The items in the picture, the service person said were acceptable and within factory specs. Note: this is a duplicate review that I've posted on Amazon while asking a question of other buyers if they've had any success with Samsung. All of the answers I've gotten are give up and buy something else. I did purchase the extended warranty from Best Buy. It will be interesting to see how Best Buy responds once the factory warranty expires.

Defective Design

Great features, great designs, however, none of them work and the model is defective. 2 weeks after use it broke down and malfunctioned. I had to cut the power to it just to turn it off because it kept running. When it did work for maybe 10 loads, it did not clean that well. I wish I would have read more reviews before purchasing because there were a lot of reviews with similar issues. I love my Samsung Phone and Frige, but dislike their Dishwasher.

Very unhappy - Do Not Buy

I really looked forward to getting this dishwasher, I liked the way it looked and the idea of the technology behind it. To say I am very dissatisfied is an understatement. First I bought delivery and install - guess what Best Buy doesn't actually install it another third party has to schedule the install so the dishwasher sits in your kitchen an extra three days. Next after it was installed it leaked, so another tech had to come out from a third party and fix it stating it had been installed wrong. He left and it still leaked and now it wasn't washing well. So another repair guy came out......he left and now it makes a horrible knocking sound and doesn't wash properly. So I call AGAIN and they setup an appointment with a local repair shop 'Quality Electronics' - avoid them at all cost. They are very unhelpful and refused to come out if I didn't pay them even though I have purchased Geek Squad protection and the appointment was setup by BestBuy.

When this dishwasher was installed we had issues from the beginning. The dishwasher does not fully dry so you pretty much need to open the door to air dry or the dishwasher overtime will develop an odor from the sitting water. We are now having issues with the dishwasher completing a cycle after only running for 2 minutes. We installed this dishwasher a year and half a go and I have never been satisfied with it! The dishes MUST be prewashed before being placed in the dishwasher, if not, you will have food inside cups, bowls, etc. Cups are not clean inside around the bottom rim. We are finally going to just replace the dishwasher after 18 months of use! I love Samsung but they failed at this "high end" dishwasher. We are going to give Bosch a shot, even though it wont match the rest of our appliances.

Samsung Service Not What It Should Be

We liked the dishwasher initially but it would not always emptied the water or completed the wash cycle. It is now just about a year old and it will not drain. I spent the past week on the Samsung warranty line getting nothing but the run around. If you buy anything Samsung be aware if you have problems under warranty they will give you the run around in hopes you go away! At this point i would not recommend any of these appliances to anyone due to Samsung's poor warranty practices.

disappointed in the reliability of this product. I have had it for 2 years and 3 months and the water wall arm and motor went bad. Things break, but what i didnt like was the fact that no one would work on the product. I wish best buy would steer you to the best overall products and not the products they receive the most kick back money from the factory. Next time i will make sure to buy whirlpool or kenmore.

Do Not buy this dishwasher

This dishwasher started to smell within a few days of purchase and stopped draining within 60 days. Our last Kenmore dishwasher lasted 12 years! We bought the Geek Squad protection and when we called, they said it would take a week before someone could come out to fix it. Worst purchase ever! We won't be buying Samsung or Geek Squad protection again.
