It works well once configured.

I called customer service because the item did not work properly when connected directly to my Samsung Flat Screen TV , but that call was unproductive. I finally connected the device through my bluetooth DVD player and it worked fine. Occasionally I have had to reconfigure the device but that takes less than a minute and involved un plugging the device from my DVD player and then plugging it back in.

Will only work with specific Samsung products not

Helped me use all of my smart Tv

It was helpful to determine the type my Samsung TV needed. Once I settled on the type, checked on the stores that carried them and discovered that my local store Best Buy had them in stock and at the lowest price. The ratings were good and most purchasers were satisfied. I have not had any trouble since I installed it
