The wireless adapter works well. I get a strong signal from two floors away. So that's why I say it does what it's supposed to do. I find the interface of the blue ray player it's attached to, to be frustrating and slow.

I plugged this in to the television and was recognized after a little bit of time. Then the tv had to be updatewithout access to certain things which really frustrated me. Four hours later, everything finally worked.

SStreams really slow on older Blu-ray system but works great on newer ones so you should really ask that best buy guy or gal and see if its time to upgrade.

Just had this dongle for a couple of months and so far I love it. Setup was done in about 10-15min and the connection to my wifi had been pretty solid so far. I've been able to play Pandora and stream movies in SD and HD no problem, XHD tends to buffer a lot but that could just be my internet speed. The only real issue I have is when using Samsung share to play videos from our tablet it keeps buffering every 5sec. Not sure if that's sw or a hardware issue but hopefully it can be fixed soon. But sharing pictures works great. Overall a happy with this device so far.

It's a shame Samsung products sspecifically equire a Samsung adapter to work but I found this one open box for cheap so it was worth it. Not compatible with all makes and models of Samsung devices.

This item was recommended to me by the Best Buy advisor and was on sale, so I purchased the wireless adapter. Upon returning home, I plugged in the device and immediately the blue ray found my wireless and I logged in. Was able to get my Netflix from that point. Worked flawlessly.

This is hands-down the easiest wi-fi adapter I have ever used. I just plugged it into my Blue-Ray player and it loaded itself and then downloaded the upgrades, all without interaction. It doesn't get any easier than that...AND it knows when there is another upgrade available later and automatically downloads it. I know this is a function of the player but it is sooo convenient!

I bought this to see if tv needed software upgrade. Tried it several times but Samsung says its not connecting. So, don't know if nothing to download or if a connection issue..

It took some help from my cable company to get this product up and running. Once connected to the internet, it has been 100% reliable. I use it mostly for Netflix, but it works for everything else as well.

Samsung Wireless Adapter is a great purchase. I have a Samsung TV and was able to add the adapter and access my smart TV menu easily. I have never had any issues with Samsung products. Love them all so far .

I needed a wireless network connection for my Samsung TV and this product was just the answer. Simply plugged it in to the USB port and logged in to my home network. It's nice when things just work.

I purchased this media streaming device to watch online content on my HDTV and I was glad that I did! I can now watch YouTube videos, surf the web and more with it by connecting it to my online network which was easy to set up.

It connects but signal does not stay for very long.

I purchased the Wireless Adapter to finally complete connecting a Samsung TV, Blu-ray Player and Soundbar to my home wireless network. Installation was easy to complete and the adapter works very well, keeping everything connected as advertised.

According to Samsung support, the only use for this device is to up date the operating system of the television. The TV comes with a ethernet plug which also can be used to connect with the internet; it is cheaper and faster than this wireless device. Check out your options before you purchase. Samsung support is terrible.
