The printer was easy to set up. Wireless set up is the push of a button. Linux Mint 17, 18 finds the printer driver and sets up automatically. Windows 10 installs from a disk. The color is great. Photographs look good on plain paper. The problem was apparent after printing less than 150 pages... Out of toner! I called support but India did not seem too familiar with this unit. After reading reading from a terminal, the "tech" advised me to set the unit to toner saver mode. That was the extent of my support. Maybe if I was willing to spend $400.00 on more toner, that might have made a difference, but I doubt it. I called back to see if I might find some more knowledgeable. I asked this person if the printer contained "starter toner". He said yes. I asked how many pages were expected from the starter cartridges. He said one month... Huh? I asked again what was the expected yield from the toner... same answer. How about the real toner cartridges? 4 months. Huh? How many pages.... same answer. OK, I said. No problem. I returned it and bought a Brother color laser printer. The quality of photographs is not quite as crisp, but still very good. I cant afford to print with the Samsung at $2.67 per page. The Brother’s toner is much less also. I gave this three stars because I think there might have been a problem with that particular unit. Too bad there was no one to talk to, to resolve the problem.

As a Samsung Galaxy phone user this printer was a breeze to configure for wireless printing from my phone and tablet. Was pleasantly surprised at color picture prints. After a moment of warmup print speed was fast. All without cartridge ink replacement after a few color prints! Only possible issue is size and only a printer. Still need a separate copier/scanner

This was easy to set up except I wanted to use a static IP address which added a bit of complexity. Overall, I really like this printer - the quality, speed are just what I needed. AND it's not huge like the old departmental style color laser I had.

So I read so many reviews before buying my Color Laser printer. Best Buy price matched to Amazon and I could not be happier. So far so good. Print quality is GREAT with photos, text clarity is awesome! This printer has great features! WIFI works great, toner save is awesome! I haven't bought new toner cartridges yet, so hopefully that's not too expensive but so far i could not be happier to have divorced my local Fedex Office and started a new printing relationship at home! :)

This printer is full of features, but the the one I like the best is the print preview. It allows you you to print in just black & white, which saves on color toner. When printing from a web page it allows you to delete useless pages, again saving on toner. Then it has a toner saver option which saves you even more toner. However when you want to print in high quality color, this printer can't be beat.

I haven't tried doing prints on photo paper yet but the quality on regular paper is great. Two other features I really like are the ability to print from my phone and the toner save functions.

This is a very good printer for the price. It prints great, quality images. The ability to print via NFC from my phone and wirelessly are very nice.

Love the printer now that we have it set up. We always have had inkjet printers which worked out great when we were printing on a regular basis, but now that kids have moved out we don't print that often, but when we did, the ink had dried up. Not convenient when you live rural over an hour from any town. So having this printer ready when we are makes it a huge plus in our books.

This is the best printer ever. I received it very fast! It was very easy to set up. Wireless is the way to go!

This printer is very efficient. Prints excellent images and the wireless capability is perfect for home use.

So far, I love this printer. Though a little big and heavy, its easy to set up. I can print from my iPhone which is really cool. Havent had to replace ink cartridges yet (I've only had it for a couple of weeks), so can't tell if this is cost effective yet.

I read all the reviews and went onto Samsungs website and read more about it. I was convinced and decided to purchase. Once home, I set up and couldn't wait to print. I inserted cardstock, but I guess it was too thick. The printer made a cranking noise and smeared the ink. It prints well, just not what I expected for my needs.

Awesome value! No issues in over 400 images printed on everything from 24# to 118# stock. Great buy for a small business.

I was looking for a printer that could print heavy cardstock. This one does the job. All you need to do is change the settings for whatever project you are printing and it's all good. I did not give it 5 stars because the description states that this printer fits 8.5 x 11'' paper. For some reason, my 8.5 x 11'' paper don't fit properly on the feeder. The sides are too tight. causing the paper force its way out of the feeder and to curve. It should be laying flat.

I like the printer - good quality print, medium size (not a departmental monster). My only complaint is the problem with setting up wifi. I finally gave up and defined a static IP address and connected via Ethernet.

After struggling with several HP inkjet network printers, we decided to switch over to this laser printer for our business. We print ALOT on it daily and the image quality is amazing. The samsung mobile print app is also pretty slick!

I really loved this printer and I'm very upset that it was stolen from me by a moving company. Samsung makes amazing products with everything they do.

I can find nothing wrong with this printer. I love the print quality and easy WiFi printing setup.

This printer is fast and the color quality is sharp. Great for Small Business needs if you need to print a lot of colored materials monthly.
