The Samsung C1860 Laser Jet was a reasonably priced colored laser jet on the market. It was easy to set up and it is running smoothly. I only wish that it came with more set up instructions.

I've only had this printer for less than a month and haven't quite learned all the settings etc. yet. Photographs print a little too much red but I'm sure that is something I can correct with my PC.

I tried printers from HP, but, in comparison to my new Samsung color-printer, HP were far more expensive and not as functional and certainly lacked the great customer support from Samsung.

I love the speed of printing; however, I haven't been able to use the fax. I am still trying to find out how to use it

its easy to setup and config the printer and There are many great features on the C1860FW. Here are some that I tested and/or really like: * Large color LCD screen. * Fast printing and scanning. Wakes up and prints in seconds! * Scan to Email: scan and send as email attachment right from the printer. * Scan to PC: sends the scan to any PC on my network. * Copy: reduce or enlarge, book-style, ID card (both sides on one sheet), collation right from the printer. * USB slot: "print from" or "scan to" a USB drive. Supports .jpg, .tiff, and .pdf file types. * NFC area for printing from smartphones and other capable devices. * Samsung app allows me to print direct from my tablet my phone, anywhere on my network. (need download the App) * Google Cloud Print (printer registration required) allows me to print from anywhere. overall the quality of printer black white and color pic are excellent. for my opinion its great all in one printer and more then that come with good price.

I love this printer! This is the 3rd I buy. I love not having to pay Over 150 every year on ink for an inkjet printer just to print two pages out in an emergency. This printer can sit for months without the toner drying out and gives me wonderful print outs! Save yourself the headache of a late run to the computer store to get ink cartridges.

Performs as advertised. Have not had any complaint so far.

Good price for all in one color laser printer as I bought during thanksgiving sale as it was under 225$. Great speed, great printer with copier and scanner and fax. Although connectivity is issue as wifi keep loosing connection with router in every 2-3 weeks, not sure is some tachnical issue or configuration issue or others.

Bought this so my whole family could access the printer directly from all their wifi devices (phones, tablets, laptops), and this printer has been great. Really was impressed with the scanner/copy feature as well. Just an all-around great product.

It's nice to print and scan wirelessly. Now I can print color docs, pics, or screen shots without getting up or having to connect other cables. I like the quality of the printing, too

These XPress printers from Samsung are nearly flawless when setup properly. Customer support very helpful when I couldn't figure out the wireless setup.

Great printer but I wish it had auto duplex printing. I did review printer before buying so I already knew.

Got it for my boss. He uses it daily and has not had a single problem. Easy set up.

When i first connected it to my network it worked. The next time I needed to print something i had to reconnect it. SO it does not hold the connection and the printer is on the same IP address it started with. Also I hate Best BUy phone support they always hang up on me. CHat support is the best option if they can help you.

I wanted this to help with my business and I can use this to fax from my phone!

Nice photo printing on regular paper. Easy to connect with wifi.
