This is a movie that will have you on the edge of the seat throughout. Not for the faint of heart, as the story is harrowing and deals with realistic situations of disaster and death. Richard Roxburgh is excellent in the role of the expedition leader and feels responsible for the survival of his team when a storm causes flooding in the cave deep below the surface. Ioan Gruffud is also cast well as an arrogant billionaire who underestimates the severity of his cave diving "fun" hobby. Highly recommended!

The plot and acting is so-so. Deep cave diving + 3D makes for an uncomfortable watch. Not recommended claustrophobics!

Interesting graphics, great underwater action, the opening scene says inspired by true events.

This movie looks great in 3D and also on an OLED TV. The dark scenes are surreal!

A cool deep water movie experience. Once again, James Cameron captures mezmerizing underwater scenes with incredible production technologies. A definite must-have to add to your James Cameron movie collection.

This movie is great it really had me feeling like I was in the cave having to go through all the stuff the characters did. I’d definitely recommend this.

This is a very well made film that will tranport you into the world of cave diving. Some elements of the story were predictable, but overall enjoyable movie. I'm at a solid 3.75.

I totally enjoyed this movie. It held my interest from start to end. I started to wonder who would be left at the end of the movie.

Although the photography and the 3D technology were very good, the cast and script needed o be much better

Predictable, dragging at times, but still entertaining.

This film isn't backed up by much hype from Producer James Cameron. It's a B-Film feel with the same caliber of actors to boot. They did there best but fell short of making it a winner.

If you ask me, the only reason James Cameron produced this film was to make sure he could deliver true 3D to the home video market. He is, after all, an obsessive compulsive genius and probably wants to make sure the upcoming 3D release of Avatar is a true 3D experience. Don't get me wrong, the movie isn't awful, but not great either. The acting is mediocre and the writing, at times, is laughable, but plausable. The 3D experience is the best, by far, of any of 3Dblurays I have had the opportunity to watch. His 3D cameras immerse you in the film and surrounds you. I can't wait for Avatar home release.
