Only thing is that it's hard to press buttons on side to screen shot or to lower or raise volume. For the price we paid for it very disappointed. Ended up taking that case off. Waste of money

After the battery was low and then recharged the MP3 player always searches for track 128 of the book and then scrambles the order of the book tracks. Have to load the 1st 99 tracks, listen - then delete. Then you have to load and delete all chapters 100 and higher 10 chapters at a time. What a disappointment and waste of the resources to make the MP3 player. I've deleted everything on the player multiple times, re-formated the player over 10 times and reset to factory specifications too many times to count. San Disk customer service is non-existent. RUN from this product.
