After following instructions that came with the device and their online operating manual, Unable to change language to English.

Piece of junk. Did not work. Would not pair with speaker. The screen is backwards. The buttons do not work. Tried to return it and they would not accept it. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money.

MP3 Player is not easy to download music to. Incompatible with iTunes File Format.

works well but the clip is very fragle have had to replace 2 so far

I have a version of the device from 2016 it works better. Need to be bluetooth

Not at all user friendly, awful sound quality. Would not purchase again or recommend.

Compact is cool. This is a little too tiny. Volume button does not work properly. Volume will not go up unless I make a point to press the button from a certain angle. Trying this out for a little longer before I make up my mind if I'm returning it.

Not bad for the price. The Interface can you some improvement.

It's good but sometimes Bluetooth connection is static.

Returned it in 2 days. First of all the screen was scratched from shipping and poor packaging. I was will to accept it as it was but after using it for a while the bluetooth would cut out on occasion. Tried different earbuds and was little better but not acceptable. The volume buttons were very hard to press too. It sounded pretty good and loading music to it was really easy. If they would update the bluetooth and package the player better so it doesn't get scratched up during shipping then I would say it's worth it.

Do not buy this item if you are using Windows Media Player to download your playlist. It does not work anymore the way it use to on the older versions of the SanDisk. I returned it after reading all the instructions to get my playlist on here but it never worked. I don't know what they changed but this is trash now. I have an old one that works great, not sure why they changed it????

did not care for this product-it doesn't work well-I would not recommend this-if getting one-get a bigger one like a MP4 player where it holds more and it easier to use for music-movies-everything.

First of all, I received the 16GB version. So you may ask, why am I here. I was suppose to receive the 32GB version but here is my thoughts on this device. It has a nice, simple interface, yet with a lot of potential. The sound is good. I always use MP3 for music due to its readily available format for audio. The first thing I recommend is use the EQ to customize, especially if you want more base. I loaded some songs and set up my preferred radio presets and off I went. Songs played well and radio reception was surprisingly good. The Volume was incredibly loud, have to keep on the low side. Switching between Radio and Music folders is very quick. There is a choice of folders, Music, Radio, Blogs, Stop watch/Timer and ability to save results. Books and much more so sorting and customizing is easy to find what your looking for and keep you organized. You can also do voice recording. I can see this filling up fast though so I would recommend the 32gb version unless you just want to rotate your media content and keep it to a minimum. Over all, Very lite and portable and stays in place securely. Great value for all that this player offers.

We be returning this product. The MP3 player is very small, my husband will have trouble with his large hands trying to operate this. We will try and find a larger one.
