I was looking for a small device that would allow me to store and play a fairly large number of my music CD's. When I found this one on the Best Buy website I thought it looked like it would be just right for me. It was available at my local store and I bought it. This MP3 player works exactly as I hoped it would. I just love it!

Nice small screen - flash back to early mp3 days - very light - sound quality good. Old school headphone jack. Inexpensive. Nice to get away from heavy phone when exercising.

Has Lots Of Memory But Lens Scratches Very Easily. Also The Other Versions Have The Length Of The Song On The Screen, This One Doesn't. It's Still A Nice Device.

Great little gadget. I spend a lot of time working alone and listening to library MP3 recordings for hours each day. This unit's controls are easy to use and the capacity is tremendous.

Worst mp3 player I've owned. No Bluetooth, so only wired headphones. Very small touchscreen and buttons. Just a all together Fail for me...

This is a great item. I'd recommend this item for anyone who listens to his/her favorite songs one after another.

Before procuring this player I just assumed that anything that was marketed as being for use during working out or running would naturally work with Bluetooth headphones. Who wants to deal with wires getting in the way? Well, no this player only works with wired headphones. That is already a deal breaker for me. Add to that the fact that this player feels extremely cheap. The buttons feel like they would break at any time. Also, the display screen got all scratched up after being in my gym bag for a single day! As far as the sound quality, I can't really give a solid opinion on that because I don't have any wired headphones to test this player with! Every set I own is bluetooth. I will say that the sound with the supplied cheapy headphones was terrible. Will this player sound better with higher quality headphones? Probably. But who cares? This player is absolute garbage.

Purchased this SanDisk product based on my experience with other, higher end SanDisk products. Easy enough to work with, but the music started skipping on some tracks and then the device started falling apart, which was weird because it didn't used all that much for the short time i had it.

Purchased this device and for multiple reasons I have rated this ONE star. In the first two months it started having charging problems. I called ScanDisk and they said I needed to use the charging cord for the unit even though it was the same plug I was using for other devices. Used the cord they recommended and within the week the same problem occurred. Not a fan and will not buy this product again. A waste of money in my opinion.

It is very easy to load with music and supports all the file types I had. The only issue I had was getting the Audible app to transfer audiobooks. Not a big deal and it wasn't what I bought if for.

I bought this about 6 months ago. One big problem. When you play albums in plays in alphabetical order. A google search turns up the fact that this problem has been know for some time and apparently Sandisk hasn't fixed it. Also downloaded the sandisk firmware updater (SanDiskMP3Updater). It said my (1.01) firmware was up to date. Further searches turned up firmware versions 1.02 and 1.04. Except for the album playing it seems like a decent player, but product support is lacking.

Slightly different than my previous versions, but just as good! I listen to audiobooks and it's perfect size to slip into my pocket to listen while doing housework, gardening, bike riding, etc.

I could see the song playing and both my bluetooth headphones and the SanDisk said it was playing music, but was unable to hear anything. I made sure the volume was turned up on both... Playing music over bluetooth was the only reason I bought this. What a hassle!

Plays and functions ok, and I like the storage capacity, but the smaller size makes it difficult to operate without looking at it. There is no Bluetooth either, which I really need, so I gave it away to a friend.

Works very well, super easy to add playlists too. Great little mp3 player

I have had about 4 of this type unit and I like the way it operates however its overall reliability is not good for someone who uses it 8 hours per day 7 days a week.

All went well. Works as advertised. Easy to use. Would recommend it to all.

I have bought two of these in the last three years. I really wanted to love this small MP3 player but both of them just died after about a year. I figured the first failure was just bad luck but two in a row is not good. When it worked it was just perfect and simple to use

I am very disappointed in this item. I purchased this for a Christmas present at the end of November 2022 and it has stopped working as of today 1/5/2023. It no longer turns on.
