    A real winner, this unit not only has top-shelf USB 3.0 transfer speeds, it also is quicker using USB 2.0 slots than older flash drives. Self-install is quick and pain-free. For the price, nothing else comes close. The housing is a tiny bit bigger than older Sandisk flash drives which can be an issue if you have close USB slots with other peripherals in them, I assume it's for thermal management as it's clearly not heavier than other drives. Like previous Sandisk flash drives this style, when in use a small light appears in the exposed slide, this time in blue. Bottom line, I bought one for my mom too.

    I love that it has the "Secure Vault" to help password protect sensitive files. Found that it transfers files fairly quick when using a USB 3.0. Also was excited to find that the Flash Drive has a small blue LED light (internally) that you can see when it is active (plugging in and transferring files).

    This flash drive has the memory and speed capacity to make dealing with large numbers of pictures and videos a breeze compared to much slower flash drives.

    Good price, I was surprised at just how fast compared to the 2.0. Connector slides back for a more compact unit that is less prone to damage.
