    When first setting it up, I found that both the power cord and especially the Apple charging cord (which is not included) were difficult to plug into this unit. Once I finally got the cords plugged in I received the message on my phone telling me I must load the iXpand Base app to use the device. Once connected to the App store the app was unresponsive. The progress indicator spins but the app never loaded. Eventually I received a message from the App store saying "Unable to Purchase" the app. I cannot recommend this product.
