I was thinking to have one to one training? to download the photos from iPad to USB .. it took place at the counter with so many noise and I did ask to move to side at table . The technician was busy going back forth with myself and more customers. He helped me with some issues but I was frustrated to said the least . He even said I can come back tomorrow. He didn’t charged me , that tell you something.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to copy using the app, but it has flaws. 1) The device gets extremely hot when plugged into the laptop even when we're not transferring files. 2) My video files that I recorded from my iPhone are not playable on my laptop. The app somehow compresses the files before they are stored on the flash drive and they are not playable in Windows 11. In order for me to play the files on the laptop, I would need to transfer the files from the flash drive back into my iPhone to uncompress the video files , and use the iPhone cable to transfer the files from the phone directly to the laptop. It would have been really nice to be able to plug the flash drive directly into the laptop and be able to play the video files.

Just picked up today, try not to lose it because it is super SMALL. which is great I guess, but I would've preferred a HEAVY duty protector or case with it. The app is a little SLOW, but I guess it's pretty good so far. Thank you.
