Backup Fails All the time

I cannot backup my iphone using this drive. It never works! I bought to start cleaning up my iphone but I tried more than 10x and always fails

Do not waste your money and time

Piece of garbage. The purpose of buying this is to FREE UP space. Not for the dumb drive to ask to use MORE space just for it to work. If have 20,000+ photos this is not going to work. It keeps saying operation failed. Waste of money and my reward coupon. Ugh. Annoyed

There were no instructions with this on how to export and then import to a computer very disappointing

I saw this flashdrive and noticed the lightning plug. I thought it would come in really handy to transfer files I have on my phone to another computer easily. I tried looking on the package to see if there were any specifications I needed to be aware of but it wasn’t made clear how it works. When I plugged it in, I had to download an app and I could only access my photos from camera roll. That wasn’t the reason why I bought that specific drive. So glad I got a refund.

Not worth the money. The description says it will back up photos, contacts, music and files. It did my photos and contacts nothing else. I was expecting to be able to do a complete backup.

I had trouble understanding the directions and making it work on my phone. I had multiple people trying to help me to get photos downloaded.

Having a hard time backing up my phone. I am getting error reports. I had an older one and it worked better than this one.

I can not get this to work it is not as easy as it should be like it only does a couple photos at a time so is not working for getting all my photos off at one time like i had hoped it would
