The 2nd Sandisk iPhone flash drive. The first one failed to respond to my iPhone after 5 uses. This one never responded. I have to call Apple... Geek Squad could not fix it.

Does upload photos stops and gives an error that 0 photos have been uploaded

Does not work easily and had to keep uploading and uploading numerous times and still not working. It's just been sitting on my desk and now return period is over.

It takes too long to move the files from phone to device.

This site is very unreliable . The app stops working while backing up my iPhone. The app has to be restarted. Once the app restarts, the USB fails to connect directly to the IPhone. You will have to take it out and connected it again at least 8 times. This is not the best for backups

Stopped being recognized by my iphone and all of the data on it dissapeared. Now it doesn't work at all. Happened within 2 months of purchase.

I bought this product. The Best Buy sales associate recommended it but didn’t know how to get it working. He said this product is hit or miss based on his experience. I am still unable to use it.

VERY disappointing

2x amount of storage for pictures being transferred must be available on the phone to allow transfer. Very difficult on iPhone 13 to split into separate transfers. If you do not have at least 2x storage needed to complete transfer the product is useless.

NO STARS. Photos will not download to device. Will not transfer if they do. Maybe there is a trick to get it to work, but I do not know it. It was the second time I have tried a similar product. Neither worked. "Second time fooled me twice, shame on me."

It would load a few pictures and then stop. I would restart it and it would load a few more. After trying for days I got 250 pictures or so load on it. I took it back to the store and they told me in had issue. I returned it.
