I bought this thing how do you take it back they exchanged it for another one and it still does not work I followed all the directions and this product is subpar on a good day would not recommend it to somebody I did not like

The lightning connector isn't long enough to connect to the phone while it is in a case. As I am one of those people who never take their phone out of their case this product is useless.

Not a quick and easy to upload

I’ve been working on it for hours, literally all day with zero success. The app kept closing, back to back error messages, VERY SLOW! Will be returning it tomorrow..

Terrible waste

Defective usb flash
