I just wish I'd gotten a higher storage. Also, it only stores photos and videos. Would be nice if it could store some things such as bookmarks.

Works for camera backup but not social media

I’ve spoken to SanDisk three times by phone and email and they said they are aware of an issue and are working on it so hopefully I can eventually get it to work. I backed up my camera photos with no problem.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I give it a three, as this is my THIRD lightning/usb device I've purchased from best buy; yes, the other TWO have failed PLEASE NOTE: one was PNY & other was a u-shaped sandisk. This one, besides not having a dust cover for that 'apple' side, it doesn't have a music program that will play your archived mp3's in the order you upload them in> i'm getting song 3 from artist 1, and song 3 from artist 3, etc. EVEN THOUGH i have them ALL in separate folders by artist, subfoldered to album and put in order. That - in and of itself, SUCKS bigly. The whole purpose i bought this was to listen to music NOT available on apple music nor amazon music. I even have my mp3's cataloged via DISCOGS. Other than that, no issues like the other brand/model that would randomly reboot itself making you have to reload your music.

There is a little too much reading and options when initialized. This should have been more of a ‘plug-n-use’ than it is. Read the steps and options carefully in the beginning and you’ll be all set.
