The transfer of data (photos) from my iPhone to the flash drive was very slow. It took several hours to transfer. The transfer was not even complete - only 1/3 of the photos. In the end, an expert advised me it's not working with my iPhone.

my lightning interface stop working after 2 weeks. so be careful with warranty when purchase it. when you choose get support, it says the product has warranty for 2 years part and 2 years labor. but it's not.

As I’m giving this review, I have traveled twice to Best Buy for tech to help me download from cell phone to the above drive. It would stop in the process of uploading each time. I gave up after paying too much for it.

Absolute trash, it isn’t even designed right, doesn’t even fit a USB Insert. Do not buy from Sandisk. They are a worthless company who don’t know how to make anything.

Don’t waste your money. This thing did not do well. It’s probably because I’m trying to back up so much data at once. It would never completely finished and had a hard time keeping up with the amount of data being download it I don’t recommend it.

Terrible terrible nothing but problems. Major glitches in app and constantly kicks me off due to error message. Nothing you can do to get around that unplug and try again cheap item would not recommend
