DOESN'T work AND it KILLED MY IPHONE!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I followed instructions, downloaded the app, wasted hours trying to get it to transfer photos or videos from my iphone but no matter what I tried it NEVER would open or display ANYTHING from my iphone. Finally I plugged it into my mac, copied some photos from my mac to the SanDisk then plugged it into my phone. Surprisingly, it did let me transfer the photos to my phone but when I went to the camera roll to check...my iphone suddenly died (with about 50% battery) and NOW IT WON'T TURN BACK ON!!!! So not only does the product not work, but I'm also without a phone and have to lose more time tomorrow taking it to the Apple store.

Unfortunately it didnt download ALL photos. Thankfully i was able to restore pics to iphone as I had deleted them thinking the device had all photos. Many of my favorite pics were NOT on the new device. Beware. Check device upload b4 deleting iphone pics!!!

What I did was just download everything to it and manage it on my computer. I didn’t like the way it’s app controls what I want to do to files and photos I downloaded. It could be more easy to use if it just backs up what I want.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Downloads photos into files. To view photos each file has to be opened. Downloads files fast. USB does NOT fit well into computer. Other USB Flash Drives fit Fine. Very Disappointed .

WORST WASTE OF LIFE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never written a review in my life, but this is the worst product I ever wasted $70 on. My iPhone storage was full of pictures so I needed something to put them all on. Well, out of 6000 pictures I can only TRY to download about 30 at a time and 7/8 of the time it will tell me “operation failed please try again later” after not even putting ONE onto the drive. I’m only 1500 in and it’s been about 3 days of me trying.

Big Disappointment

The app that you’re required to download on your smart phone is very very slow when trying to connect with the flash drive. If you have large data to transfer don’t buy this item.

Functionally crippled

The latest installed software makes this extremely difficult without buying extra conversion plugs. If you only want to transfer photos it may work fine.
