I bought this hard drive to replace one on a PC I have for about 10 years that was filled with viruses and running like cr@p. Ever since installing this installing Windows it's like having a brand new pc all over again I swear this thing boots up faster than my brand new Windows 10 pc which also is sad. Insanely low price for a solid state of this size

Very snappy drive for an old 2009 AMD machine. The previous SSD in the machine was failing, BB had a good price on SSD's, picked one up, cloned the drive, computer boots with 0 drive errors. No data lost and a cheap solution to fix an old computer. BTW cheaper than Amazon and didn't have to wait 3 or for days. Good Job BB!

Installed this in an older core2 Duo laptop. Brought new life to the laptop and we got another year of use out of it before replacing with a 9th gen i5 laptop. Keeping the drive for use and recycled the rest. No longer recommend simply for it's small size, get at least a 512GB these days.

I have been watching BestBuy's sales and pickup an SSD whenever the price is sweet enough. I noticed that the SanDisk Ultra II drives are SLC, I believe the SSD Plus drives are MLC, and the PNY drives are TLC. I have seen the best performance out of the SanDisk Ultra II and they are usually the same price as the other drives I mentioned.

I had a older Dell computer with a standard hard drive. The computer would take 4-5 minutes to boot on power up. The HD failed and replaced it with this solid state HD. The computer now booths up in about a minute it’s like I purchased a new computer. All the Windows programs boot very fast. I’m very pleased.

I had to replace my hard drive and used this. Putting it in was simple, and my computer is noticeably faster. Plus I got it on sale and the price was right.

I upgraded the hard drive in my laptop and couldn't me more happy. The performance difference between a SSD and a standard disk hard drive are night and day. After seeing the performance improvement I upgraded all my machines to SSD's. If you want to bring an old machine back to life this is an easy way to do it.

I had purchased an Acer Travelmate 11 inch notebook with Win 10 Pro, I knew the 4GB Ram and 32 GB SSD were going to bottleneck quickly so I started looking at options and found this Sandisk 240GB SSD on sale at BestBuy. It was the perfect upgrade and made the notebook respond like a top of the line laptop.

Wow! What an improvement! Its like a brand new computer, only better and for a whole lot less. Had a 512 mechanical drive for 7 years and this solid state drive blows the older one away. Had the Geek Squad install as was having some small startup issues; their recommendation was right on the money. Happy, happy, happy...

Thought my computer failed but fortunately was HD failure. Replaced it with the Sandisk SSD 240GB. So far working great, saved lots-o-money not having to purchase another labtop. The SSD is noticeably faster than platter drive, however I purchased not for speed but price, reviews and memory size.

This SSD was very affordable and performs above expectations.
