    HATE IT!!

This mp3 is strangely designed. The FM recorder skips every two seconds. Finding a specific song/artist is now a tedious process. It continually gets stuck and I have to turn it off. It scratches very easily. Sansa really dropped the ball on this one!

    Worst Product I ever owned

I have so far returned 2 Sansa fuze+8g and will return this third one, I hopefully be able to switch to a different product. I own 2 other Sansa's a View 8g and a Fuse 8g both of them with the data dial. I love those products. But the Fuse +8g is a piece of Junk. The touch pad is very hard to use and not stable at all. With each of the 3 Sansa Fuse + 8g that I have had there has been some thing that goes wrong. First one totally died after the 2nd charge. The next one after a charge told me that the music was suddenly of a unformated typed, Music it played fine until it needed a charge. The 3rd one will not shuffle all the music. Do not waste your money on the Sansa Fuse+ with the touch pad.

I purchased one for my son for Christmas, it froze wil trying to upload music the first day. We called Sandisk for help and they recommended we take it back to the store. Exhanged for a second one at Best Buy. It has worked fine so far. Do not like the fact that SanDisk pushes we use Rhasody to start the device and purchase music.

I bought it to listen to spoken material. The sound is very good and the battery life excellent. BUT it has been difficult to load material and it seems to default to "shuffle". I have also had problems navigating the menu. Lately, when turning, on it locks up on the Sansa logo screen but will still play the audio.

    Great mp3

I've owned SanDisks before but this one surpasses them all. I love the touch screen. Its sensitive but not too sensitive. The lock feature works great. I love that I can listen to the radio and record it if i want. The settings are pretty broad. Ive dropped it a couple times and it still works pretty well. The only thing i've found a little bothersome is that sometimes the touchscreen gets ahead of itself or doesn't quite cooperate and the scroll is pretty slow. Other than that, this is an awesome mp3 player and if i had to choose again, i'd stick with this!

I don`t particularly like the touch screen feature. It is too sensitive. I use the player when hiking and often body motion will cause the player to pause or change a song. I would much prefer buttons.

If you want this for Rhapsody, don't bother!!!!!!!

This was the most cumbersome piece of equipment that I have had to deal with in a long time. First out of the box, I did not like the controls. Since this was a gift, I decided I would at least give it a shot. At first it seemed to link up with Rhapsody pretty well. Then all of a sudden it froze during a transfer, could not get it back on line to save me. Read various trouble shooting tips with no positive results. I boxed this back up and returned it for a refund. I am now debating on which new unit to purchase.

    Frustrating to Use

Extremely difficult to use and figure out menus. Music can not be organized by folders. Always seemed to forget last setup and reverted to some strange playlist of only 3 songs. After one week of use, was returned

This is a really great player for the money. I did a lot of research before buying and many of the reviews said that the touch pad was hard to get used to. It is, but once you figure it out, it is a great player. One of the things I did not like was that it did not come with helpful instructions. There is a small sheet, but the instructions for transferring music and video were especially vague. I had to go on the internet to find out how. Sandisk's web site had all the help I needed, however, so it wasn't a big deal. What I love about the player is all the things it does. I haven't tried out the radio or podcasts yet, but I'm glad the capability is there. The sound recorder is impressive. It recorded my cousin quite clearly from across the room. I also like that you can browse music by artist, album, song, genre, or playlist. It gives me a lot of options.

I read the previous reviews and decided to give this a try. Yes, the touch screen is sensitive, but I simply lock the screen when I'm moving around. It was very easy to sync and I found the ability to download my playlists from my pc very handy. All in all, I believe it's a good product for the price, I won't cry if I lose it or step on it like I would a more expensive player.

Just purchased the Sansa Fuze + two days ago and not real impressed. This was to be my fourth Sansa mp3 player purchase but I will be returning it for a Nano Touch. I have an iTouch but wanted something a little smaller for workouts. I thought the Sansa would be great. Unfortunately, not as user friendly as my ancient Sansa e series version. After spending about two hours getting set up and charged, I turned on the unit and opened up to the "Songs" menu. After playing a few songs from my collection I went into additional menus to explore. When I came back to main menu, the "Songs" choice was nowhere to be found! When viewing my songs content via my computer and Rhapsody, it showed 300 + songs loaded. Went back to verify on the unit and still nothing. I will be making a trip to Best Buy tomorrow to exchange for Nano. In my opinion this new Sansa is an epic fail version of an iTouch.

    Too Many Operating Flaws

    1) After several hours of play over a couple of days, every song track will displayed message requiring you to authorize your "DRM license". This will require restoring the device erasing everything and downloading all music tracks again from Rhapsody. Rhapsody and Sandisk is aware of the problem for several months now, but have failed to come up with a resolution or fix. I Returned the Sansa Fuze+, wish I never upgraded from the Sansa Fuze (which is no longer sold by Best Buy). 2) Also the Touch-Pad is too Sensitive to the touch. 3) Touch Pad don't always respond to touch.

This MP3 player is a lump of coal

I was so disappointed in this mp3 player. It is so difficult to navigate. The touch pad is horrible. It freezes on you. To make matters worse, you have to lock and unlock the player after each selection because with the slightest touch the touch pad changes your song. I returned this item the first chance I got. I am super disappointed in Sansa considering I had their Sansa Clip which I loved.

I bought the Sansa Fuze + a week ago and will return it tomorrow. I have owned 2 other Sansa mp3 players in the past and have been pleased with them but this one is terrible. It "freezes" while playing and the touch navigation is all but impossible to use. You can't carry it in a pocket without unlocking the touch pad and having it skip all over.

Has most of the features you would want for a reasonable price. The controls are a little more difficult to use than the previous model. Over all a nice MP3 player.

I have had to reboot this just to get back to the main menu, It will not respond to my touch as its supposed to and I can hardly control things because of it. When I attempt to play all songs random, it only picks about 10 songs and repeats them. If I could return this player I would.
