I had the old MP3 player and it was alot better this new one. I should have returned this product.

piece of junk the buttons never work like you want them to if they will even work Will not let you shuffle songs trying to download is a pain. wont let you delete songs complete waste of money. I would use it when work out spend more time trying get the thing to work if you want get frustrated buy it

I've had the old model SansaFuze since it first came out quite a few years ago. I think I bought it about 8 years ago, but can't swear to that. I'm sitting here with the headphones on listening as I write this. It is scratched, has been dropped, been overseas a number of times, been thrown into drawers, left in a hot car, Well, you get the picture. I'm hard on the poor little thing. But it keeps going and going. I use it when I practice my dance routines, workout with tai chi with tai chi music, just listening to my music for fun. It gets a workout and goes everywhere with me. Once you get used to the way the buttons work and its little quirks, it will be your best music friend. I've tried other players, including an ipod, but always go back to this one.

I love this mp3 player. The touchpad takes getting used to, however once you get used to it, it becomes very easy to use.

Left sandisk for Ipod. Now after going through 3 ipod's in less than a year, i have come back to sandisk. The touchpad is easy after i got the hang of it. Best of all, I get to delete itunes off my computer.

Bought the player for my daughter for Christmas. This is the first one she's had that she could load her own music on. She has been very happy with it. My husband, older daughter and I have all had other Sansa MP3 players and we enjoy the ease of use, the fact that no special software is needed to download music, and so that is why we wanted this brand. We have been very happy with every one we've had.

I went into Best Buy to buy exactly what I did by. After going through several fm headsets,I wanted to update.my gear. I got more for my money than I expected.Not only the radio I wanted but video features,pictures,easy to save music.and more.

Used the on line web site to learn the use of this product. Much easier than doing on my own.
