This flash drive can only store information. I wrote a live Manjaro Linux image on it and my PC could not boot from it. It also gets hot if left on the PC for extended periods of time. It's the only flash drive I have that over-volts when attached to a USB 3 Port.
We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused to you. Our flash drives are primarily designed for data storage and may not support bootable OS installations. Regarding heat and power concerns, we recommend using the drive in well-ventilated areas and ensuring your USB ports are functioning correctly. Nice 3.0 USB 32GB drive for the money. I am always looking for faster flash drive with larger memory. This fit for my usage.

This has a lot of storage and is big on speed for being so tiny, and it's red if your used to not being able to find the black ones once you put them down.

SanDisk makes the best flash drives on the market, far better than the generic brands. It requires no formatting and is less likely to have compatibility problems.

With more and more computers coming with at least one USB 3.0 port, you'd be foolish to not buy a flash drive with that capability. The data transfer is SO much faster... Just look for a good sale if the cost is too high - they're discounted all the time. Worth every penny!

The flash drive is nice and compact, while still being USB 3.0 and 32 GB. A nice plus is that unlike most flash drives it a nice red color that stands out.

I have used this to transfer files and the speed is better than my 2.0 flash drives. Definitely a better jump drive at 3.0

Write::
Single file, 2GB - 35 secs - started from 20Mbps reached 65MBps.
Multiple files, (1732 files, 148 subfolder, 1.1GB) - 53 secs - started at 60MBps but then dipped when small files were encountered. That's normal.

Been using SanDisks for years!
(Be aware though that these have tiny mechanical hard drives and are subject to fail, but only after @ 900 hours of operation. It happened once where it gradually de-sectored and corrupted various files.)

Fast transfer speeds for the storage needs of moving school and work files. Small and compact so it fits in pocket. Have had no issues with the quality. Would recommend and Sandisk makes quality storage devices.
