I thought one time I’ll buy a “better” one for a more important backup. Big mistake. I can’t read write on his thing without constant disconnects and errors. Its less than a year old. You know what works? PNY. Windows Linux Mac, the PNY just works. Dont buy this trash. Also, it’s a weird shape that prevents you from plugging more “square” type usb flash drives in adajacemt ports! Caveat emptor.

Thought the Ultra 512G Flash Drive is a decent one I’m not a speed freak but this product is disappointed took 9.5 gig transfer 28 min I did try w small file max 4.5 mb same thing . Thought read time is very decent. But this is not for me
