This drive is amazing. Put it into my 5 year old MacBook and it's better then new. Was ready to buy a new MacBook but this drive changed my mind.

I bought the 960GB Sandisk drive to replace my older hard drive which failed. This new SSD is much faster than my original hard drive (non SSD). I had Geek Squad install and set it up. Results... very satisfied. Better than buying a new PC.

Bought this product with the knowing that a SSD is more reliable then some of my Western Digital Passports. I intend to back all my photos up and keep this drive in a safe spot! Formatting this drive was a little trickier then I thought.

Upgraded my i7 asus laptop from standard hard drive to SSD. In general its the single best upgrade you can make to a computer with a ide/sata hdd to improve speed. Can you buy a faster state of the art ssd yeah but why pay big bucks.

Not much to say other than I installed Windows 10, Adobe creative cloud, Google drive and various other professional programs in under an hour.

This is a good option if you are looking a solid state drive.

This really sped up my Apple MacBook. A great investment. I was thinking of tossing the MacBook it was so slow, but this changed my mind completely. No regrets at all. It's amazing how cheap memory can be unless you buy it from Apple.

...older Macs using the MCP79 controller are not compatible with SanDisk SSDs; instead, use the PNY CS1311 series. Other than that, these SSDs are quite dependable and fast. Often, they're on sale so keep an eye out for 'em.

Wow! Purchased the drive clone wire and software that Best Buy recommended and it was probably the easiest upgrade I've ever done. Plug and play into my Toshiba laptop and poof! Instantly faster! So far no issues at all.

ADDED THIS TO MY NEW DELL i7 desktop which also has a 2 Tb hard drive. Initially had problems with the Ethernet driver but Dell's tech support was 5 star and helped me over this hurdle. The SanDisk has performed flawlessly.

Immediately improved my boot-up speed on Intel I-core 5 Toshiba (over 4 years old) laptop. Also loads iTunes and Netflix pages much faster now. For the price, a solid fill-in until replacing the laptop is in the budget.

This solid state drive is installed in my old Dell desktop. Unlike my other standard hard drive there is no delay in writing or accessing data. It has been in my computer for 6 weeks at this point with no problems.

I'm very happy with the performance. I'm not that particular about the performance numbers. I can easily recommend this to a friend. Don't compare this to Samsung's EVO series. No complaints for this price point.

Since I first started using SSDs I fell in love with the speed and now I can't stand old mechanical drives. So when there is no SSD option for a new machine, I always budget for a replacement drive. Once I tried buying a PC with a 7000 rpm drive expecting some mid point performance... waste of money, just go with the SSD.
