Nice backpack, but...

I bought this item for my girlfriend since she carries around a work laptop (and she's always taking my bags). However, this device is said to fit "most 13 inch laptops." And although the laptop does sit inside the bag properly, it is too big to close the top of the bag. Her laptop does not have the oversized bezels (or borders around the screen for those less tech savvy) like other laptops making it roughly smaller than "most 13 inch" laptops. Even my laptop did not fit her backpack and it too is a 13 inch laptop. The style is what sold her on the bag but I think I'll be returning it for something better and will get the job done.
