Excellent product

Uses 4 "C" batteries or the cord can be plugged in--it's a polarized plug. Radio is NOT waterproof tho...as was stated on this website..regardless, I am VERY SATISFIED with this radio.

Rugged, but lacks many features

Little Bulky but well Built

This is a nice radio to take with you, anywhere.

It would be great for camping, but is also useful in the yard while working, or at the lake. The sound quality is quite good and it seems to be very sturdy. It is not stereo, so if that is important, you need to pick another product. But it sounds great!

Awesome Little Workshop Radio

It is easy to use, runs on batteries or AC and has a good bass sound from the single speaker. This isn't a cheap "Tin" sounding speaker as it has some depth to it. If you want a stereo, go buy one but, if you need a radio to carry around to the shop, worksite, and/or the yard and sounds great for a great price, buy this.

I thought Sangean was a premium brand. I thought wrong. Was I sent a returned item? Too much of a hassle to return item.
