In short this is a sad excuse for a stand for Sonos and for this price point. In comparison to the Sonos play one stands that got this was beyond disappointing. I took a chance on this despite the reviews because I love my other Sanus mounts (TV, Soundbar, Sonos Play 1). I regret it. A horizontal Play 5 is shorter in height then the Sanus Sonos Play one and 3 mounts. The instruction guide references using command strips to adhere the speaker to the stand but excludes them from the packaging. The height of a Play 5 on this stand is too short to stand behind a couch. All in all terrible excuse for a stand from a brand that prides and prices it’s products on quality.

PROS Sturdy Sleek Look Operates as if Sonos produced the product Cons COST I wish there was a way to secure the speaker to the stand. Even though it hasn't moved while playing music. I would love this option for peace of mind

The stand works well and it's sturdy! Looks great. Very easy to assemble. I also felt the height of the stand was perfect. The speaker level is great in a living room, dining room etc.

the stand works great in providing support for the speaker, but there is no locking mechanism so if someone bumps into it, it will fall.

These stands are well built. The metal plate for the speaker could have been designed a little larger, but nevertheless, it holds the speaker well. The stand is two-tone (white and silver) and will nicely fit into most modern decors.

Great value for the money. Setup was very easy. done in less than 15 minutes. Excellent product fits perfectly with the speaker.

Nice sturdy stand would be better if it had an option to fix the speaker to it vs just sitting on it.

As many stated in their reviews..If you have kids or pets. Do not buy these stands..They simply do not hold the speakers. I did buy strips and I would still not deem them safe!..The fact that they dont come with safety strips to hold the speakers in place is down right irresponsible.. The positives would be easy to set up, and the stand itself is sturdy

The stand is well constructed. It feels solid. The white is matte to match the speaker and on the front of the speaker support as well as the base is muted silver trim. The stand was easy to assemble. The speaker base itself could have been designed slightly larger. The speaker just sets on the base with no other support.

Sanus speaker stand works perfectly with my Sonos Play 5. It was easy to put together and works great. It is somewhat pricey for one speaker stand but it works well. I am considering ordering another one to get the other play 5 off my window sill.

Sounds great for only one speaker. Very rich dynamic range. But in a 20x20 living space, I will definitely need to buy a second one.

Dual speakers on the deck. These stands Work great. Concealed power cords. Perfect height.

this speaker stand is adequate for our needs. it helps to distribute sound from the living room to the dinette area. I recommend it highly.

Works in Perfect harmony with the Sonos 5’s. Broke one rubber foot installing, but they quickly sent a replacement.
