This is a terrific mount. The extension distance from the wall is better than any others I’ve found, making it very flexible and providing easy access to the back of the TV when needed. I was a bit skeptical based on the price, but the quality is superior when compared to the cheap mounts. Installation was much smoother when compared to cheaper mounts as well, and the Sanus website provides a great calculator, specific to this mount, to get the exact height from floor that you want. Highly recommend.

I bought this mount specifically to place our 42" plasma in the corner. I wanted to have the TV at a 45 degree angle. The installation went very smoothly although the Sanus height finder app wouldn't work on my iPad, so we just measured the old fashioned way. It's a very solid mount and very adjustable. Other reviews mention it can be stiff to move, which I've found to be true for ours as well. All in all, a great mount if you're willing to spend the extra money it costs versus many other models.

originally I just wanted a normal mount. Nothing fancy or complicated. But I'm glad I purchased this mount.It can swivel out towards you and swivel left or right so you can angle the TV in another direction. Surprisingly it's been very useful when I have meetings and want to angle the TV towards a certain direction. It does stick out more from the wall than normal mounts. So keep that in mind if space or viewing angle/space is an issue

The mount is very solid and probably weighs more than most LED TVs. It definately weighs more than my 55" OLED. In terms of configurations, it allows your TV to tilt a bit both left and right so you can level it, allows your TV to pull about 2ft away from the wall so you can pan it to either side, tilt it up/down and turn it left/right. Pulled away from the wall, panned to one side and turned, you could mount some tvs in the corner of the room and would have clearance. You would have to pay attention to tv dimensions and mount capabilities to be sure... This mount allows full control of your viewing angle. For cable management, you can remove the covers on the mounts to route cables through the mount to the back of your set so you keep them hidden and neat and clean. The way your set attaches to this allows easy attach and removal if needed and provides feedback when the set is attached to the base fully and securely. This got only 4 stars for the following reason... In-wall rated cables are a bit thicker than normal ones. The channels to route the cables through the mount are not that deep and taper down on both ends. My setup uses 3 HDMI, 1 power cable, 1 ethernet cable, 1 optical cable. The 3 HDMI cables could not fit together in one of the channels, let alone those with the optical and ethernet. Therefore i had to get creative to route cables through channels in the mount and some had to come out opposite where the inputs are on the back of the TV so they still are visible a little bit. Had the channels been a bit deeper everything would have been fine. If you only need to route 1 HDMI to your TV there is plenty of room in the channels... i just couldn't due to the limitations of my AV receiver. Overall this is a beast of a mount and if you want full control of your viewing, this is the the mount for you, it just comes at a premium price. It is not without its flaws but depending on your setup it may not even be an issue.

The mount is very sturdy and the movement is smooth. Overall the mount is high quality. But its very heavy. Make sure you hit at least 1 stud, 2 would be best.

Built tuff, installed in 10-15 minutes, and safety secures my 65'' Samsung 8500 series curve TV. Gives you the luxury to rotate your TV in any direction, including pulling away far enough to angle the TV almost 45 degrees. Removes all limitations and adds more luxury for viewing a better angle, simply move the TV to the best angle you want with ease and you will never have to worry about moving to another seat to see with a better angle. Brings your TV to you! Then simply push the TV back to your decrative resting place when you don't need it. Best of both worlds!!! You won't regret adding this addition, seriously well worth it. I went back and purchased one for each room. Like living easy, this will truly simplify your setup for you whenever you like!

It's a great mount. Allows us to pull out our tv and move it right or left to accommodate where we are sitting in room or kitchen so we can see the tv. It does the job. I think it was a little spendy considering a few months later, I saw a very similar mount for about $100 less than what I paid for it. No biggie. We still like it.

When you open the box it can be intimidating because there are a lot of parts. But this thing was easy to put up and is very sturdy for my 55 inch that I have in my bedroom. Love the fact that it can tilt and angle. Will be buying another one from my TV in the living room when the time comes.

Installed for my Samsung 65” QLED TV. Very happy with quality and installation. Best installation directions I have ever seen. Allows almost 90 degrees viewing adjustment by pulling away from wall and twisting to various positions to view from other areas in open floor plan

I used this in a corner on a 65 inch Sony TV. The installation was flawless wh numerous parts left over for any future plans I may have to move it. It moves with no issue but remains still and level when put into the position you want it. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my 75" Samsung. It's great to be able to single handedly pull it front or push it back if I need to get to the back of the TV to disconnect or adjust any cables. Recently my little girl somehow pulled out the audio cable from my sound bar and because I had this unit, I was able to pull it forward, reconnect and push it back in place. No more three guys to pull the tv off the wall and reconnect cables! Quality of the product is good; however, I used butterfly wall inserts from Home Depot to anchor it down. The ones it comes with I didn't trust. The only Downside, it's a bit expensive!

This product provides for a wide range of positions for TV viewing. This wall mount provides good support for the TV and provides confidense that it cannot be easily knocked or bumped from the wall.

This is a really good mount. It was installed by Best Buy's Geek Squad mounting service which I highly recommend as well. I got the service for free from a special when I bought my TV but if I ever needed to mount another TV, I would even pay for the service because it's worth it! I got to sit back and relax while he did all of the work and heavy lifting. It was also installed perfectly and fast since he said he does installations all the time. The mount easily moves around in all motions as advertised just like the demo unit in the store. However, when compared to the demo unit which didn't have a huge TV on it, it will be slightly stiffer once the TV is mounted, but it is really not that noticable. I choose this one over the Rocketfish because I heard from a few people that the Sanus was better and also this one was on sale for only about 50 dollars more than the Rocketfish equivalent. But if you are on a tight budget, the Rocketfish will probably be just as good. Anyway, I am super happy with my purchase and highly recommend this mount. Since your reading this then you are probably in the market for a mount and your TV/living room will look much better when mounted! Don't think about it anymore, just get it!

I was able to get a good deal on this item. Given the high cost, I would probably recommend a cheaper option. That being said, I was mounting a $2,000 TV, so I wanted to make sure I was getting a quality product. This definitely gets the job done. There are a lot of ways you can adjust the TV before and after mounting. I had to hang the mount off center to where I wanted the TV, so it was nice that I could hang the TV all the way on the left side of the mount (i.e. you don't have to hang the TV exactly center to where the mount is...you have a little leeway in either direction). I also really liked that I was able to adjust my TV clockwise/counterclockwise after mounting. One problem I had was that due to the shape of the back of my TV, I had to go buy additional screws that were long enough to attach the TV to the mount.

This product seems a little heavy but the ways you can adjust and position make it well worth it. I have an 82inch mounted on it and I can swing to look down on the couch or back to look at the far end of the room. I LOVE IT.

This TV mount is excellent. It is very well built. It has no trouble with the support and the positioning of our 65 inch TV. Movement in and out, tilt up or down, and swiveling of the TV are very smooth. Great product.

It is built very well. Easy to install. And my instructions were thrown out by accident and I was able to go on the website and get a replacement on my computer. For a 55” TV I have full faith in this mount.

This mount is better then I had pictured at the store. It gives your TV amazing flexibility. It allows you to view the TV from all angles. It has been the perfect mount for our home gym. It is very sturdy.

When I was looking for a wall mount, I wanted something that was solid and subtle. This was it with an extra kick. The arms were robust and the curving metal gave it character. It didn’t look like a typical black finish like other mounts. The design was well thought out and had character. Yes, you won’t see the mounts when you extend them, but when you do see them, it doesn’t look modern/plain. The mounts pivot gave it a versatility that allowed viewing in other parts of the room making it a pleasure. While I don’t like permanent fixtures, this one was necessary for the layout of my living room/dining room. Lastly, by mounting the TV, there is one less piece of furniture to dust.

Mount is sturdy. Does what its suppose to, full range of motion. Is a little stiff but that's what you'd expect from a heavy duty mount.
