The factory one did not swivel but this one tops off this tv. Was east to install and all hardware was included.{great feature did not have to look for it.} It swivels just the right amount for my viewing from my easy chair or sofa. A bit pricey but well constructed. It makes the tv more sturdy.

I love this base. The swivel is great. I can put the tv wherever I want it. It is the best base I have ever had.

This is a great center base tv stand. I hate trying to install a hanging unit and create holes in my walls. This was the perfect solution and works so well. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't want a wall hanger.

I love this TV base because it was easy to assemble, it swivels, and it's just a solid piece of furniture that sits well on my tv stand with out having to mount my tv on my wall. No drilling no measuring, no leveling. I love it.

Quality stands like this are hard to come by. I didn't want to search for a stud for a wall hanger and rearrange my room to make room for a bigger TV. This is a quality stand with the features to allow your TV to sit on a table. It will swivel, hides the cords and has leveling adjustments.

The stand was easy to assemble and it works perfect in our bedroom. The swivel helps out when we're in different parts of our room. The stand also will fit a Sonos sound bar that we will purchase at a later date. 10/10

After buying a 55" TV, I found the stand I currently had was a bit too small. I didn't really want to buy a new stand, but didn't want to wall mount it either. This stand was the perfect solution. It's very sturdy AND the bonus is it swivels to allow for different viewing angles. It's perfect!

This is a great stand, heavy-duty, and will last a lifetime. I recommend this stand if like me you find the feet on the TV are spread too far apart for the piece of furniture you are putting it on. A bit pricy but a good stand.

This product is very nice and sturdy though it’s over kill for what I was looking for. I first mounted my tv on the wall then wanted to place it on a table top, couldn’t find the table stands so had to buy something that cost way more than I wanted to spend since they don’t sell the original stands in the store. Again, this product is very well made but is more then I needed.

It's a relatively heavy piece of equipment but it does what I want it to do for my 50 inch tv. You can set your tv as high or as low as you want it on the base, and it swivels to the left and right at good angles. Outside of a wall mount, this is a very good option as long as you don't mind the weight.

We needed to raise our 55in TV up above the sound bar. We did NOT want to mount anything on the wall and this stand accomplished that. It is heavy duty, holds up the TV with plenty of room for the LARGE sound bar. it is adjustable and swivels, and is a very heavy, sturdy stand.

When I told the Best Buy associate that the stand of the tv I wanted to purchase was too wide for my table he suggested this stand- cudos to him. This stand is definitely heavy duty steel and adjustable for the vertical angle and can be rotated for your viewing position-couldn't be better

Very easy to put together very sturdy stronger than I anticipated I have no concerns about the wild children tipping over the TV I feel it was a good investment may be a little bit more expensive than I was hoping to spend but maybe I'm just a cheapskate

This stand is the best tv sttand i have ever purchased! Its heavy as heck but you know its going to hold your tv up. It swivels great and was easy to attach out new tv too.

I bought it because I needed an alternative to wall mounting since I rent. The TV I bought was a floor model and didn't have the legs so this was a great option for me. The stand is solid and easy to assemble, holds my 55" easily.

Since our new television had the wide legs it would not fit on our stand. Consequently we needed a center base for the television. This one is perfect. It handles my 55 inch television with no problem. We can also swivel the television when the need arises. We love it!

Love this stand! It is weighted and sturdy. Don't have to worry about the cat accidentally knocking this stand over! Also it allows you to change the viewing angle so if someone is not directly in front of the TV you can rotate slightly and let them get a better view!

I was a bit skeptical about the stand at first but , once I put it together and mounted my tv I was very pleased with the results. It’s very sturdy , looks nice and the fact that it swivels makes it an awesome stand in my opinion.
