Base Plate Arrived Bent
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Sonos Playbase would not sit flat on the base plate. Although the product arrived well packaged and appeared to be undamaged, the base plate of the stand was was bent. It had a slight upward arch that caused the Playbase to teeter on its feet, with two of the feet being a 1/4 inch in the air. Had I decided to keep this, it probably would have caused sound issues or vibrations. This is obviously a quality control failure on the part of Sanus. I was expecting better, given the price point. After I return this, I’m not sure if I should order a replacement or go with another product.

DID NOT WORK w/LG 55SK9000PUA

I'm sorry to hear that this did not work out for your needs as the stand is compatible with your LG. For extra space in between the power cable, try using the spacers provided for extra room to access.

Doesn’t work with XBR 55 930D
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told several times by the reps at sanus that it would work, and couple of the people at bestbuy. But no matter what I tried, leveling and all. The vertical bar does not line up with the mounting bars because of where the M6 screws are located on the tv itself. I love the idea of the product, it just doesn’t work for every tv. If anyone has any suggestion on something similar, let me know!

We were unable to level it. The leveling screw did not fit the hole. Will never buy from this company again. Very unhappy. Called the 800-number for help. They were unable to help us.
