This purchase came about because of a purchase of a sound bar. The sound bar blocked my tv’s IR port. I have a tiered TV stand, but didn’t want to put the sound bar on another shelf. Quick search led me to this item. I initially scoffed at the price, but relented seeing the stand is height adjustable. For me, wall mounting was not an option, and the stand also adds a side-to-side swivel as well. The instructions were easy to follow & the stand is sturdy, and also fits my tv & stand like it was made for them both. to;dr: This stand is worth it

Excellent product for our 60 inch TV. Stable and secure with an amazing ability to tilt and choose differing heights. Easy setup too.

We purchased this so that my Son's new bigger TV could sit on his stand. We did not want to wall mount it and due to it's size we felt safer using this base to brace it. I have to admit that I was skeptical about it at first. The Design looked fine for smaller TV's but would it actually go up to 60" without a problem? IT DOES! The base is super easy to install and it does what Sanus claims without any problems at all. He is loving the swivel and this solution is as solid as they come!

I bought a 50 inch tv and needed a flat stand to mount it to. I looked around at different ones and after reading the reviews and seeing how steady this one was I went one and spent the money for it. Yeah it's pricier than some but I have to say, after I mounted that big tv on it I knew I had made a great investment. This has a big heavy base and you can adjust this in several ways, hight and angle. If your needing a base for your tv, this is the one you won't wrong with.

Almost didn't buy the TV I wanted because the standard legs were too wide for the top of my dresser. And I have it in a corner so wall mounting not an option. then found this desk mount and solved my problem. easy to assemble and works same as a wall mount only hung on stand for desk top. Very sturdy! Base weighs more than the TV I put on it! Plenty of height options so I got my center speaker underneath without blocking any picture view. Also has swivel option most TV's don't have anymore

My dad's table wasn't large enough for his new 55" tv and he didn't have any wall space for it to be hung. This was the perfect solution. This put a center stand on the tv so it fit his table and it even swivels like it was on the wall. Great invention!!! Thank you.

We could not wall mount our TV so we had to find a tabletop mount. We have kids and wanted the TV to be secure. This was one of the only options available and we love it! It is sturdy, the TV is not going anywhere. You can change the height of the TV and it even swivels from side to side! Perfect when eating at the dinner table. It is expensive but definitely worth it overall!

This is a great replacement! I didn't put it together - my husband did - but seemingly it came with parts to attach the stand to many different kinds of TVs. The swivel feature is very nice and allows us to adjust the TV depending on where we're sitting.

The factory supports on my Samsung TV didn't fit my space well, but this stand did. Well-packaged with good instructions. Assembly went well with the only minor challenge found in selecting the best spacers/screws for the back of my TV (would be great if you could search your TV on the manufacturer's website to find recommended spacer/screw). With TV on the stand, it is stable and the cord management works well. Appreciate the adjustable height/angle/etc. Would buy again.

This stand was an additional purchase to be installed on a 55 inch lg tv. I’m so glad I had the guys install along with tv setup. Stan’s is good for up to a 60 inch,. What I like most is the fact that the stand can swivel so you don’t need to be watching tv right in front you can view the tv from the left or right also

This stand hold my 50' TV just fine. It allowed me to set TV on furniture that would not accommodate the legs that came with TV

While this is a well-made product, it’s pretty expensive for such a basic level of functionality. It’s a good alternative to a simple wall-mount system but can only swivel and not change its pitch. I really feel like that could have been added to this product and I would have been more than willing to pay a little extra for it too. But if you’re like me and can’t / disallowed from installing a wall-mount system and your old TV stand is suddenly too small, this can be clutch. I use it with my Visio 55’ M55 E0. I wish I didn’t have to buy this product and that there was a more robust solution available. Basic info: Weight: around 30 pounds (60-100 lbs when TV added) Width: 16 inches (including the jutting back area) Length: 27 inches For IKEA customers, this will fit on top of one of those 2x2 cube shelves. Even though the back of the stand juts out, it’s only by about 1 or 2 inches and the weight of the rest of the stand and TV are more than enough to counter-balance the hanging edge. I have zero worries about this, even in Earthquake country.

I wanted an option for mounting a 50 inch TV in a corner either above or on an existing piece of furniture that was only 38 inches wide. I went with this Sanus mount because I didn't like the corner mount options out there and the limited viewing angles they offered in a tight space. This mount is heavy at the base (a good thing with 50 inch tv) and swivels easily with no hint of tipping. And, no new holes in the walls. Being able to vary the height means my soundbar and satellite unit fit as if the mount was specifically designed for them.

The stand is very sturdy! The swivel is extremely convenient. The set up is very easy. Adjusting the vertical tilt is a bit difficult for one person more than likely having to hold the tv steady with one hand and tightening the screws on both sides with the other hand. Other than that its a great investment.

I did not trust the “feet” that came with my television. I desired a stand that would be strong, dependable and sit well in my new entertainment cabinet. This did the task and the swivel feature allows me to adjust the angle for the best viewing experience. The geek squad fellows were so competent and efficient besides being jovial as they attached the television to the stand. Great product!

Bought this for a 50" flat screen tv which I've had for 10 years. Honestly I didn't think the tv, which had been mounted to a wall, would last this long. The base that came with it had been long gone. Being an older tv, it was very heavy and I was hesitant to buy any generic base for it. I found this base and thought Best Buy's return policy had never failed me before so I went ahead and got it. This base is very sturdy and easy to put together. It allows the tv to tilt up/down and sway maybe 20 degrees side to side. Definitely a great buy.

Great product Fit my TV perfectly Easy to install and very stable

This is a quality TV stand. We needed a pedestal style that would hold up our TV on top of a tall gentleman's chest of drawers. The base is very wide, good for stability and hard to see in the picture. Assembly was very easy and the side to side tilt feature works great. Trusted the SANUS brand because we have a full range wall mount for our 65" living room TV and had a good experience with that product as we'll.
