I had to go to the hardware store and get two 1/4' star lock-washer which did the trick. You shold add this in your kit.

Poor set up and lack of correct hardware

The mount is solid and very nice but the actual small screws that hold the TV mounts are very weak and not secure. The screw cam off the horizontal mount once the TV was on and luckily the barley held on with the bottom mount. It was very scary and very poorly made. I would suggest they use stronger screws to hold the mounts.

Too big and heavy, blocking inputs

Too heavy and would not work with my TV

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like your TV doesn't have a VESA pattern. You will need a VESA pattern to be able to mount your TV. Poorly constructed, returned it

The 4 screw in ports that attach the horizontal bars to the the vertical bar all "pulled" out of the horizontal bar. After seeing that, I would not trust this stand to hold my TV and I returned it. Also, it was not easy to install, a lot of pieces and steps during assembly process.

Stand will break

I assembled it exactly how it says but the part where you attached the elevation screws to the cross bars literally broke off. No way I would buy this again
