We purchased one for our 55" LG TV and this stand is as advertised. Easy to assemble, swivels nicely and it has the weight to easy support our TV. I would recommend this stand! Great product and it's worth the $$ .

This base was easy to put together and install. It saved me from having to drill my wall or buy a stand. It fit perfectly on my tall dresser. The feature of being able to raise it for a sound bar is also a big plus!

The tv mount is everything we were looking for! The wall mount was unfortunately not compatible because our wall had too many health hazards and this worked out great!

We did not originally purchased this item with our new TV. But our Geek installed suggested it and we agreed it was a safer alternative for our home situation. We have cats and we all know they like to climb! Our decision to add this made us feel confident our wonderful Samsung new TV would be safe.

we have a glass stand that was too narrow for the Sony stand. It would stick out passed the glass by 3 to 4 inches. The installer recommended this stand. It works great and even has room under it for my surround sound front speakers. It looks great and well worth the extra expense.

New TV could not be installed properly without the swivel base. Store Sales agent never mentioned that this type of base was needed. GEEK technician had the item in his truck. Glad he did! Problem solved!!

And available at Costco for half the price. Best Buy changed one letter on the part number to make it unique so the local store wouldn't do a price match. However the photos, shape and specifications are identical to whats on Costcos website.

The Sanus swivel TV base is perfect for our location in the house. We did not want to mount it onto the wall. Great recommendation from the Best Buy delivery.

I installed this stand because I didn't want to mount on my wall and had an area that it was impossible to mount a television. this swivel tv base is excellent and I use the swivel daily. very sturdy built

Easy to mount tv. Best feature is swiveling. Slightly pricey but makes up in usability.

It was either this, or a new TV stand. Glad I chose this, the geek squad told me about it!

Exactly what I needed. Didn't want a permanent wall installation with holes etc. Good horizontal movement.

Easy to assemble, swivel feature works as advertised. However, the lock screws to adjust the tilt will not hold my TV where desired. Every time I try to adjust the tilt where I want, tighten the lock screws, the TV just slips back to the full 5-degree down tilt. There's a good chance this is going back. For ~$150.00 I expect far better quality.

BE FOREWARNED This weighs a ton and needs major assembly. The TV does not sit on it - it gets attached to the top bar by bolts. Have someone who can put it together for you or with you if you are by yourself. The TV has to lay down on a soft surface and then the stand is bolted onto the back of the TV. Then it'll take two strong people to lift the stand & TV together and then place it. It seemed like the stand by itself weighs 30+ lbs.

The stand is built like a tank. Your TV isn't going anywhere once mounted to this thing. It's a well made product. The swivel feature is excellent but the price is simply too much for what it is. Look around and you can find stands just as sturdy and swivel for less than half the price. This would be a much better value if it were a little less. Given its current cost, I can't recommend. Should the price drop, this is must buy.
